Our private room can seat up to 30 guests for a sit down full service experience, and up to 45 guests for a cocktail reception. From plated dinners, cocktail passed culinary creations to buffet style, we can provide unique experiences to suit any event. If you need help with décor or floral, we have an in-house designer who specializes in honoring every detail to make your event perfect. Our chefs are experienced and excel at handling special events. They can accommodate any need you, or guests, may have. From dietary restrictions, to special menus, celebrations, or a private business meeting. We can be very flexible to suit your dining needs. We chose Hazelwood for our causal anniversary dinner and were not disappointed. The service was outstanding and the food very good. It was very busy (a testament to the quality) and pretty loud. We look forward to visiting Hazelwood again the future.

Making reservations was easy and accurate. Customer service was superb: friendly and attentive staff! Food was excellent and service quick. Planes outside were noisy but when we moved inside the crowd was noisier. But for us it was perfect! Thanks so much!

Sable was our waitress- She was awesome!! had a great bartender before named Madison and the food was delish. Had the Minute chicken and the Cowboy burger. Have to get the meatball appetizer before! Definitely will be going back!!!!

Our waitress was phenomenal! She totally re cooped our initial poor impression. The folks who sat us were borderline rude, and non communicative. Then, when we moved to another outside table, a third worker came over and asked what we were doing. I told him why we wanted a bit more room, at another table. If not for our most wonderful waitress, our initial thought was to leave. Great food, overall!

Fabulous restaurant. The fo serviceod is outstanding especially Calamari, bread pudding and any of the pizzas and pastas. Atmosphere is delightful and service top notch. Highly recommend

Having secured a coveted Mother's Day reservation weeks in advance, expectations were understandably high for Hazelwood Bloomington's celebrated brunch offerings. The restaurant professionally confirmed our booking, setting the stage for an exceptional experience. The meal commenced auspiciously with the Spicy Pepper Bloody Mary, a zesty house-mixed libation employing pepper-brined vodka that kicked brunch off on an invigorating note. The Roasted Vegetable Omelet delighted with its medley of oven-roasted tomatoes, asparagus, roasted mushrooms, and mozzarella, nestled alongside garlic-wilted spinach and Hazelwood's signature smoked gouda hash browns - a true revelation of baked potato decadence. The Monkey Bread, a croissant dough pull-apart adorned with pecan praline sauce, proved a must-try indulgence that made for a perfect start when shared among friends and family. The Wings shone, the light fry yielding to succulent meat lacquered in garlic butter, fresh herbs, and pecorino, with the accompanying blue cheese dressing an exquisite accompaniment. While the Ham & Cheddar Omelet offered a satisfying amalgam of hickory smoked ham, Tillamook cheddar, and those addictive smoked gouda hash browns, the addition of sourdough toast felt like an inspired touch. For dessert, Grandma Betty's Chocolate Cake seduced with its cocoa cream frosting, which the kitchen playfully elevated using Callebaut chocolate. However, the Key Lime Pie slightly underwhelmed, lacking the vibrant tanginess expected from Nellie and Joe's real key lime juice. The cuisine undoubtedly warranted full marks, a shining example of Hazelwood's culinary expertise. Regrettably, the front-of-house experience failed to match those lofty standards. Although the host station initially offered a welcoming presence, our server seemed disinterested. An air of subtle judgment permeated, leaving an uncomfortable pall over what should have been a heartwarming family affair.

NOISE THROUGH THE ROOF. CELEBRATED 77th and 67th BIRTHDAYS, MINE-77 AND BROTHER-IN LAW. Resorted to SIGN LANGUAGE AND NOTE PASSING. SERVER WAS DELIGHTFUL. GREAT GRUB. FIRST VISIT. I’ve been here so many times and have always had a great experience until this one, which was extra disappointing to me personally because it also happened to be my birthday. :( Our reservation was not honored and we watched others, without reservations, arrive after us and be seated before us. The manager did step in after we waited 20 minutes past our reservation time and found us a table and offered a complimentary appetizer, which was appreciated. Once we were seated, the food was amazing as always! I’ll assume this was an off night for them and will certainly visit again, I just didn’t love my experience this time.

I would still recommend this restaurant but not as good as in the past. I would not recommend the chicken pot pie. A chicken stew with a croissant-like slab thrown on top. Not really a pot pie. Service was a little slow in trying to pay our bill.

I had a Caesar salad for an entree with shrimp protein. Shrimp a bit overcooked - do not like tails left on...makes it difficult to eat. And I think there should be four shrimps rather than three. Although attentive I felt our waiter was a bit pushy wanting us to order before we were ready and wanted to turn over the table.

Very good for and excellent menu choices. I appreciate some gluten free options. Noise was very loud but they were busy so understandable. Will go again

My sister in law and I had a wonderful time! We had the brussel sprouts for an app and they were perfect! I had the Brie burger and it was phenomenal while my sister in law had the GF rotisserie chicken sandwich. GF buns are hit or miss, but she said this one wasn’t overly dry like most. Our server was great; he was very prompt and checked in frequently. We sat outside and loved that they provided blankets for outdoor guests!

A fun atmosphere with wonderful service and wonderful food! Also loved the kids menu options for the littles!

It the best location of them all! I wouldn’t recommend anything else near MSP either!

It was great the food was good but, I was charged for a birthday Sunday I never asked for and was requested as a surprise but was never told it wasn’t free, but over all cool experience.
