Crab starter & the halibut were excellent. Waitress, Monica, was most helpful & knowledgeable. Expensive, but worth it.

Jason & staff were excellent! Very attentive & knowledgeable. Enjoy the fine cuisine & dinning experience. This is a fine dinning at a relaxed simple elegant environment. Best to savor the experience…beautifully paced. Rare now a days in a instant demanding society.

This restaurant has so much potential to be amazing but it is missing the mark. It is a beautiful setting but the menu leaves much to be desired. There was nothing we were excited about and the descriptions don't explain anything. This would be fine if the servers were able to explain the food but our server gave us no information at all. It is as if they are just trying too hard to be fancy. The food was very mediocre and the prices are insane. I had an $85 steak that was tough and chewy, served on top of a a gross, deep fried hash brown :( Our service was also abysmal. We sat there for 25 minutes before anyone even came over to offer us a cocktail. Tables on both sides of us were also complaining about the quality of the food and the length of time everything was taking (the restaurant was no where near full either). With so many wonderful places to eat in Healdsburg, they need to get this figured out!

Beautiful setting, very attentive staff, very nice overall experience. Food: good, but overpriced and no sides on menu or offered to accompany main course. OpenTable/Hazel Inn: despite mentioning a birthday in the booking and stating a gluten free diner, none of this information was passed on.

The service was horrible. Arrived at 11:45am, left at 2:15pm Our sever forgot to put in our order, took forever to get a glass of ice, valet lost our ticket and it took 20 minutes to get our car. Worst experience ever, the manager know about the food and did not apologize once.

Hazel Hill is a magical place to dine. The ambience is superb. The food is lighter, but extraordinary. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.
