I ordered ribeye steak with Caesar salad Food arrived about 25 minutes later steak was tough Caesar salad consisted of three large cos lettuce leaves and about seven or eight Croutons I asked for the steak to be changed, which was done with absolutely no problem but second stake arrived Same as the first tough I ended up giving it to my husband and had some of his chicken Was Disappointed with food

Very good service, our food was delicious and the Malbec wine made for Hawksmoot delicious. The vibe was good. Definitely going back and I recommend too

Lovely venue, nice food. Ribeye was a bit fatty but that shouldn't be held against the place. T bone was top notch. Both steaks were cooked as requested.Staff were very good and very pleasantLooking forward to the next visit

Chateaubriand delicious, however didn’t include chips. Lobster amazing but paying for the 100g is somthing new to us and we didn’t like it. Paid 35€ for a small bit of lobster. Service was good apart from our drunken Finnish waiter.

Amazing restaurant. The room is amazing and the environment is very relaxed. Staff extremely friendly and professional. It's expensive but worth it.

This was our third and final time to visit this place. First time was great, second time, not so much. This time wasn’t memorable either. Over the three visits we established that the starters and desserts menus weren’t worth bothering with so this time we chose off the main menu. We didn’t see any desserts there so we didn’t risk it. I had a pork belly rib starter. Bad idea. It was awful. The meat was dry and tasteless and the pile of stuff beside it was saturated in vinegar. She had a prawn cocktail. It had a ‘fishy’ taste and smell, the sauce had a strange tang to it and there was a heavy handiness with the lemon they put on there, almost to mask the smell and flavour of the ‘prawns’ which looked like they came from the freezer section of Lidl. She ordered a hamburger. She forwent the side of beef dripping chips in favour of a side salad which turned out to be a few lettuce leaves and covered in oil. Again there was a strange aftertaste caused by an heavy handedness with seasoning. I ordered the Featherblade steak because the beef dripping chips are to die for and, basically, were what we went there for in the beginning. It came with two fried eggs and I would have been happy to eat the eggs and chips and leave the steak alone. However, even that little treat was denied me. They sent me out a plate of McDonald’s chips two eggs and the steak. I called the waitress and asked if a mistake had been made so she went off and came back with the menu which clearly said beef dripping fries which are different than beef dripping chips. It was like ordering food from a McDonalds in the US apart from a 3 card trick or a con job. I know they make their own ketchup and there was HP sauce gravy with my steak but these at just useless fluff and irrelevant when they don’t even what a chip is. €90 Never again

Beautiful restaurant, sat at the bar to wait for our table to be ready, had some olives and pork ribs which were delicious and super tender. We were the taken to our table our server was very friendly, the steaks were cooked perfectly and the butter potatoes were very good. The plum crostata was delicious. Just do go there for a quiet dinner.

Great dinner. My steak was overcooked but still ate it and thought I would just mention it at the end and waiter apologised and said he would tell the chef. I didn’t think much of it but he came back and offered to give us a complimentary drink after our meal. That was true and proper customer service, not expected and beyond expectations. I already booked my next meal there. Well done to the team at Hawksmoor!

We had a great experience overall, but the steaks were not of a particularly high quality and despite asking for medium rare they were served more medium to medium well done.
