Lovely place. Food was amazing. Staff great, they offered my friend's baby some free ice cream and pancakes, which was so nice of them. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing. Lovely desserts and we tried the brunch. It was lovely. My son said he went into bliss and his taste buds went into a coma lol. My other said it's the best food in Edinburgh. It was absolutely delicious and everything looks beautiful too. The food actually looks like the beautiful pictures. We will be back!

Loved this place! Had total food envy every time I saw a new dish going to another table. Of course our food was also delicious! The staff are amazing, so attentive and very pleasant, everyone of them. Will definitely be going back again & again 💕

I was literally there just to pay the bill at the end. It was my daughter’s birthday treat with a few of her friends and the staff were brilliant with them. They all loved it and I’m sure there will be a few new customers come from it. None of the others had ever been before. Food was excellent- just don’t expect a healthy lunch. It’s not that kind of place- at least not whenever we go there!

I have been with my daughter few times, on this occasion she brought her friend who really enjoyed it. This is my daughters favourite place to come when in Edinburgh shopping. Will definitely be back.

Spent a lovely leisurely couple of hours here. Service was great, very attentive waiters and did not feel rushed. The menu is amazing and everything we ordered was beautiful and tasty. Will definitely be back.

Underwhelming and overpriced. On the day we visited we had 2 course each plus drinks, i would not return to reorder anything. The seats at our table were very dirty and had long standing stains. Having looked round the restaurant the other seats were the same. The dressing on both the main course and dessert was insufficient leaving you with a very dry course. In addition, the strawberries were not fresh. Wouldnt rush back.

Big portions which fills you up (brunch and sweet options apply to this) Very child friendly and accomadating and friendly service. Food looks very appetising and very picture worthy for socials. Would definitely go again for more of their options.

Food was nice. First time eating there and because our main was filling we unfortunately had no room for dessert - a mistake I will not make the next time I eating there 😉

Went here for brunch and staff could not have been nicer. Food was delicious and great vibe in the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit and we will be back. Desserts also looked amazing.

Visited Haute Dolci on a Saturday afternoon with my husband and two grandsons aged 11 & 8. We all loved everything about it, the staff, the food and the surroundings. We would all definitely return.

We tried to book at 10am, when opened, but could only book at 10.15am. we had a train to catch but was still ok for timings. No one was in at all & they hadn't even put any music on yet. This was apparent almost at the end of us eating when a music started being blasted out. Still no one else there apart from us. Waitress was friendly enough & brought coffees over. The food was shocking, no seasoning, hash browns like they were cooked last week & bread not toasted, very plain no flavour to the dish. Then the scrambled egg croissant had such an onion flavour & nothing else & the croissant was doughy like it wasn't cooked enough to begin with. We ate what we could as we were hungry & knowing we had a train to catch so no time for anything else to eat. We explained to the waitress about the food & she just nodded smiling & asking if we wanted anything else. Don't even think she told the chef? Very disappointed & will not return!

Food was lovely in the main. Didn't enjoy the croffles didn't feel fully cooked in the middle. Chocolate crepe was delicious as were the choc covered strawberries. Server's were lovely but not very observant as we sat with our dishes after main course for over 20mins, then had to ask twice for menus to order dessert. Didn't feel like there was any organisation to the serving staff. Would still return.
