    The service was horrible. The menu has no ingredients listed and the menu varied from table to table. The sever had no clue what’s on the menu & asked to pay $20 for reservations. Which was done through open table. The food was horrible . No taste ! Shisha was alright. Above all toooo expensive for crappy food.

    Had a fantastic experience at Hashtag. The service was amazing, with attentive and friendly staff. The food was delicious and well-prepared, and the shisha was top-notch with a great selection of flavors. Highly recommend for a memorable night out!

    Terrible service. We made a reservation and were given a table right beside the door that was broken so you couldn't place anything on it without it falling off if you didn't hold it. They didn't take our order for over 10 mins. I've never felt more invisible as a customer. Never again and I'll make sure all my friends know to avoid this place.

    This place is perfection like only you find In Dubai. Selection, quality, service amazing vibes are all phenomenal. I would drive the 5 hours just to go back. Amazing never had such a great shisha and food but above all the staff and management were 5 star. We went twice on our trip and consistently everything was great and the experience was top notch.

    The shisha was the worst we ever had! The food was bland, needs flavor, the drinks were just okay. Spent so much money and hated the experience.

    Food and atmosphere was good. Customer service sucked. They forgot my husband's food. To get someone's attention was really hard. They made us feel uncomfortable. Also, the menu had no description .

    Great ambience and excellent service. We only had mocktails and dessert and they were good. Recommended. Will visit again.

    Ambience is pretty cool upon arrival. This dinner started off rough and didn’t get better. The first thing we noticed was that the tables are placed way too close together. We originally booked for 8 people and got sat at a cramped table where the 7th and 8th chairs didn’t fit at the table. Luckily those attendees could not make it because there wouldn’t have been space for them. Before we knew they couldn’t make it, the staff kept taking away the two additional chairs without asking, probably because it was pretty apparent that there wasn’t space for them at the table we were sat at. Another thing to note was that we were sat in a corner where the people that were sat along the back wall could not leave the seats to go to the restroom because there simple was no space to do so. Service was pretty terrible. Other than the initial drink orders the server would only come by when we flagged her down but would only take the orders from the end closest to her before running off again. The only redeemable factor for service was that the gentleman with the charcoal came by often for the shisha. The food was overpriced, mediocre and came out cold or room temperature. Mind you these are dishes we’ve had before at several other establishments so it wasn’t a case of not know what to expect - the menu did not indicate that these were supposed to be cold dishes either. The juices were good - we tried the strawberry, mango and peach. Shisha was way overpriced. The group collectively agreed that our overall experience sucked and we wouldn’t be coming back.
