Harvester Kitchen is a contemporary restaurant with a focus on the time-honored belief of warm, welcoming hospitality. Chef-owned, operated, and focused on innovative American cooking based on classic old-world techniques. Harvester Kitchen by Bryan is located in downtown Sioux Falls (DTSF) on 6th Street, near Phillips Avenue, with sunset views of the iconic Old Courthouse clock tower. The windowed loft-style space is in the historic Harvester Building. The restaurant is a scenic 1/2-mile walk from the impressive Falls Park and the waterfalls of the Big Sioux River. And is a few steps away from the Arc of Dreams, the centerpiece landmark sculpture of the DTSF sculpture walk, spanning the Big Sioux River.

    Harvester Kitchen does a fantastic job with special occasions. The food presentation and taste are both outstanding. They have a great staff and truly make the experience exceptional.

    We attended HK's 3rd Birthday Party! As expected, Chef Bryan executed a lovely party! He accomplished exactly what he set out to do. The party atmosphere was welcoming and festive. We felt that we were at a private home & instantly felt relaxed and happy. The food in the tasting menu was well prepared and accessible; the flavors intriguing but also easy to understand. All of this is done at a reasonable price for USA where most restaurants of this caliber charge twice + more. I enjoyed my meal here quite a bit. Previous strong praise of Harvester Kitchen is well deserved and it is a restaurant worth visiting if you live in the area or are visiting Sioux Falls.

    We attended Harvester Kitchens 3rd anniversary party. Chef knocked it out of the park again. What a fun time with great food, amazing wine and some of the best friends you could ask for.

    The food was spectacular. The flavors and presentation of the dishes were truly amazing. I will definitely be returning sooner rather than later. The service at the restaurant is always top-notch, and this time was no exception. It was our anniversary, and we were treated so special by the staff. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend.
