    Really gone downhill and can't imagine going back there. I can see now why it was the only spot we could easily get a last minute reservation. The service was abysmal, we were basically ignored the entire time, parts of our meal totally forgotten, when we asked for the forgotten items again, we got "oh yes of course I will go get them right now" and then no sign of anything. It took forever to get a drink, bread, etc.... Every table around us was complaining too. The table next to us had to ask four times for the check, on the other side their orders were all wrong and not brought at the same time, and in front of us their orders were all wrong. It just felt like the service was a total disorganized mess. The food was okay, but no where near as good as it should be for the price, especially given the many amazing places in the area. It was just a total disappointment.

    Service was unusually slow that day. Also, we were seated between two tables that had rather loud guests and it was hard to eat. There was more of the side french fries than the main dish.

    Enjoyed our meal! Would go again. A bday celebration. They sat us at a large round table near the back patio. Our server was phenomenal (Tatiana?), so professional & kind. PROS: excellent service, delicious entrees. CONS: oysters subpar (no brine/lots of shell fragments); decor looked like a hotel lobby, food took long between courses. Seems their vibe is to have you stay for several hours, order multiple courses, plus a bottle. Overall a great experience; improve the oysters, decor, & get food out a little more quickly would improve it even more.

    We get to Harvest every few years and have never been disappointed. Last night was extra special, because I stupidly left my credit card at the table when we left the restaurant. The receptionist literally chased us down a block away to return it to me.

    We had a wonderful brunch! Service was great, and food was delicious. I would say though that they could improve the food presentation to match with the elegant vibe they are exuding.

    I came with a party of 8, and we were still able to hear each other well in the restaurant, which was great for conversation across the table. Originally, I was going to book a private dining area, but was still happy with my choice to do general seating instead.

    A magical evening from appetizers (get the 3-cheese plate!) to the lobster ravioli to the artistically crafted desserts. Our server was amazing, too!

    This was lunch with a friend. I arrived a couple of minutes before opening at 11:30 and waited outside the door. Exactly on the dot, a hostess opened the door, gave me a big smile, walked me to her desk, and made me feel very welcome. She asked if I wanted to eat on the patio as I had requested. When I did, she took me to my favorite table and seat there. I was almost immediately greeted by our server, Paul, who could not have been more delightful or more attentive. As I left, the same hostess wished me a great day with a huge smile. I felt very blessed. Oh, by the way, in between the food was terrific and the service was even better. My friend ate more than double what she intended ... because it was so delicious. I have been coming to Harvest since it opened, and I've never had the equal of this experience ... although I have had many terrific ones. Thanks to one and all!

    I got the cod and it was so boring. Basically a chinch of fish with a few piece of steamed carrots arranged around the plate. Could have done that myself. Been at this restaurant so many times. It is going down

    Overall we had a great family birthday party of 8. Just one glitch with the birthday cake we bought in where they only served 1/2 the cake. Some wanted more but we were told there was no more left. Later on I got a call that there was some miscommunication, but it was annoying especially after paying the plating fee. The rest of the dinner was very good.

    Really nice birthday celebration at Harvest restaurant last night. Tuna Crudo and rabbit appetizers were amazing. The two ribeyes we got were cooked Perfectly. The service was top-notch Great ambience. This is a perfect restaurant to celebrate a special evening. Chuck and Denise

    Sunday brunch was very good, but not as excellent as usual. Eggs Benedict with crabcakes (instead of ham or bacon) didn't quite work, mainly because the crabcakes were pretty ordinary (not up to usual Harvest standards). Very comfortable.

    This is the second time I've eaten at the Harvest in the last six months that the food has been sub-par. Last time it was an expensive dinner with my family, and this time it was lunch with a friend. My friend barely touched his food. I felt terrible, it was a birthday lunch. I had a salad which was OK. The waiter told me it would be a small side salad and that I should add some salmon or chicken. I got the salmon, but the salad was huge and I took the salmon home. It was also very noisey. The tables in the dining room were too close together. I won't be returning. And by the way, when I provided feedback last time to someone, I think his name was Michael, he promised to email me back and make good on the meal. I never heard from him. This restaurant was a long-time institution for me and my family. It is off my list from now on.

    It started with them attempting to seat us on a tiny two top squeezing us in-between other folks when the restaurant had most tables available. Then, for $266: The prix fix started with a delicious appetizer, but honestly was just disappointing after: little piece of snapper, little bit of steak with a huge pile of green beans, and so we would not leave hungry, they stuffed us with a very large, not that good dessert. (plus 2 glasses of wine). a We come here to experience another level of dining. Obviously we are willing to pay when we come to the Harvest. But this felt cheap (!) and service and setting was only confirming that feeling. Too bad. We wanted to celebrate Easter. (april) add on: they did us right. graciously responded and treated us to another meal, which was very good!!

    A lovely evening- attractive room, wonderful server, varied menu, delicious and beautifully plated gnocchi, lamb chops, filet mignon. Rather disappointing dessert choices: although the cake was wonderful, the ice cream was just ok and the fluffernutter tart inedible. Harvest as always a pleasure. We will return.

    Food and service was better last year. Forgot our daughter's drink. Never checked on us after our food was served. We ordered drinks and desserts for our third course, the drinks came out too late. I left half of mine. We couldn't let ice cream and gelato sit while we waited. Just a bit disappointing.

    Prix fix meal of $80 per person was a rip off. The Filet Mignon was not a full cut and had no flavor. The Onion soup had no flavor and small. The desert was a joke. Three small scoops of ice cream. $80 for this. It ruined my Easter. I have been to Harvest a number of times over the years and enjoyed it but always thought it was overpriced for what I would receive. My Easter dinner was a rip off. I would never recommend Harvest to anyone.

    Service is above and beyond. Would be nice if they adjusted the blinds in the back room so we aren't staring at industrial stuff (just tilt the blinds). Please reserve back room for small groups that want a quiet vibe.

    We went to Harvest to celebrate my father's 92nd birthday and had a great time. The room itself is simple but elegant, the food was excellent, and the service was great. The waitress was on top of everything, warm and friendly, but not intrusive.

    Server said the bar was backed up and didn’t bring a Diet Coke (that was poured from a can) for 25 minutes. We had been seated for an hour before I asked where our appetizers were and he said he forgot to put them in. He compd it but still frustrating. Because he forgot our food came along with the entree. Just overall bad service and the food wasn’t enough to compensate. Won’t be returning.

    I have dined at the Harvest since it opened in 1975 so I have high expectations knowing the level it reached before it closed. Sadly when it was reopened the new owners replaced the iconic Scandinavian interior with a conservative dark hotel like restaurant interior. While not offensive it has no personality and is just very “brown” and dark. Service was ok but our waitress didn’t get that my friend and I wanted to have a long lunch and kept coming back to the table. I was disappointed that the weekly lunch menu wasn’t served on a Saturday instead a brunch menu. Do we had to pick through the menu to find something. I resistantly selected the fried chicken thigh and friend had the apple and walnut salad. My dish was over dark and almost over done, the salad was a bit simple looking not very attractive. Desert was better and espresso correct. We did spend the afternoon drinking a bottles wine, tge dining room was quiet and we had a pleasant afternoon catching up. Food and interior needs a refresh. Chef needs to watch the kitchen.

    Harvest cements itself as one of my favorites with every meal. Consistently great for both food and service.

    As always the food and the ambience were excellent. Service was particularly great. Our server was helpful and attentive in dealing with special dietary needs and with our time pressure. Could not have been better!

    During Restaurant Week we ate at Harvest Unfortunately, the choices for that week were limited and way below the quality they are able to create.
