Harta is a stylish, New American brasserie featuring highly seasonal dishes, open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Happy Hour is Saturday-Monday, 4-6pm.

Bar Harta is a second-floor, al fresco wine terrace and features shareable dips and small plates inspired by the convivial wine culture of the Western Mediterranean - Spain, France, Italy - along with more than 30 wines available by the glass, half-carafe, or bottle, and a menu of sparkling cocktails for easy, spring and summer sipping. Join us for Happy Hour Tuesday-Friday, 4-6pm.

Both offer indoor and outdoor seating just from Bryant Park in New York City. Reservations available!

Went for a team drinks after work and had a pretty good time. Value during happy hour is good, although service was a bit slow even though there were not that many people in the bar / restaurant. Drinks were good, though. Would try again, although maybe with a smaller group in case service is slow again.

Despite speaking directly in-person with the host hours prior to let them know we may be a few minutes late as we were coming from a show, we arrived to find they would not seat us—we arrived 6 minutes past our reservation. They decided to close early bc it was slow. They did say that they remembered theOur friends came from upper east side to meet us, we were exhausted after a long day, and we had to find another place at 9:35 pm. We were guests at the hotel too. I suppose this is why it was always empty in the restaurant even at busy hours. Staff closes early at whim and lies about hours.

Service was very slow and we never received our food. So we asked for a quick pastry and they still took some time to bring it. Nice place, but unfortunately we were not able to taste the food. I was charged 25% gratuity ( already in the check) for no reason!

The staff was friendly and attentive. The avacado toast was delicious. Went here for brunch and would go back again

We were not impressed with Harta. The food was good, the atmosphere was good. However, the service was God awful slow……we won’t be returning.

We had a great dinner for 6 on a cold Saturday night in the city. The ambiance was upscale, quiet, and relaxing. The waitstaff was very accommodating and friendly, even though we were fairly late for our reservation. The food was excellent and everyone enjoyed their meals. I felt like the portions were large! Our server had a good sense of humor, even though several of us requested modifications to our meals. I would come back here again!

We were celebrating a birthday lunch—so I don’t know how crowded or noisy it would be for dinner—our meal, however was quite good, service was attentive and low key, and the price was reasonable considering the location. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area.
