A Great dining experience for me and my family nothing was to much trouble all the food menu was explained great wine never been to Harry’s in playa before as good as the Harry’s in cancun will definitely be back

C’est un très bon restaurant, le repas est très bien, mais ne vous mettez pas à côté d’une table où il y a un anniversaire

Always a must do when in playa! We love the restaurant and eat here at least 4-5 Times a year. Keep up the excellent work!

We always come to Harry’s for special occasions and events. The service is always fantastic. However, this time we ordered the 18 ounce filet mignon and the cream to spinach. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. The steak was very tough and the spinach was definitely not what we were used to before at Harry’s. Of course the ambience and the service was excellent. But with the prices going up at Harry’s, we truly expected the fillet to be perfect and unfortunately it was not. will have to think about whether or not we come back to Harry’s as there are now so many different choices in Playa Del Carmen.

Very good food but the tip is too high. Too much pressure to pay 25 to 30%. Not very pleasant at the end of an amazing meal

We had been to the Harry’s in Cancun and absolutely loved it. The one in playa del Carmen is not on the same level so we were disappointed. The manager was wonderful and did a great job so we appreciated that. There were some issues with our order and he was very attentive.

I’ve been to Harry’s numerous times and out of the 14 times I’ve been this one time was poor Service. I ordered the same drink every time and the drink was from the presentation. It was not what I have been accustomed to when I go to Harry’s And no one took time to read the reviews as you can see the response

Carne echa de mas ( de echo no la cobraron) y el servicio fatal ademad de estar quitando los platos sin termjnar y sin consultarlo que es peor . Ha bajado muchisimo desde las primeras veces que iva . El encargado o nuevo jefe va como un pollo sin cabeza con el “equipo”

last night, my husband and I had an amazing dinner at Harry’s. This restaurant has amazing atmosphere, food and impeccable service. Jair was our waiter and we had a fantastic experience with him. His communication and knowledge were much appreciated for both of us. We would also like to thank Danny, Jair’s manager, for ensuring we had a great experience during our dinner. I definitely recommend to everyone who is visiting Playa Del Carmen to explore this restaurant, you won’t regret.

My only critic was they let a man smoke at the table beside us. This is un appetizing. Smelling that. For this reason I will not return

The food here is fantastic! The staff were amazing. So attentive and took time to explain your steak options and show you them. Special mention to Abi and Lala for their personal care in ensuring our visit was the best!
