Would not recommend. Went for dinner (Wednesday) came back another night (Saturday) for drinks before going to H roof (which was also slow) hostess said it wasn’t open after we just left waiting to go back till it got busy. Harry’s wouldn’t let us sit at the bar for drinks they said we needed to get appetizers so we ordered one appetizer and then they continued to come back and tell us to order three more appetizers before we could get drinks??

On every open table reservation I have a note about just how important a good table is to me. It makes or breaks the experience. Harry’s chose to not just ignore the note but proceed to give me the worst table in the place. It was behind the kitchen so we were sucking fumes all night, in a corner with no view of the lagoon, which is the whole reason to sit outside, and beside a waterfall and a speaker blaring music. It was cacophonous. We were barely in the restaurant. The lobster bisque was good but the lobster garnish was so overcooked it was stringy. The beef tartare is a mere shadow of what it was a couple of years ago when we were here. The steaks are ok, the 2 sides we had were good. The cotton candy was melting in the heat and blowing liquid sugar around. Might want to rethink that when it’s really hot and humid. Overall we all deserve better when dinner is $1000 for 2. Not complaining about the money I just want a way better experience.

This is the dinner we look forward to the most every year in Cancun. The food is excellent, the music is amazing, and the service is outstanding. The best!

Amazing meal Juan and Mara were our food service team and were phenomenally attentive and on top of their game. The food was outstanding and cooked to perfection. The entertainment was terrific and she was a delightful singer. We sat outside and while it was a little humid, there was sufficient breeze to make to view worth the heat.

SPECTACULAR! Harry’s is phenomenal. The restaurant is stunning, inside and out. The noise level was tolerable. The real show stopper was the amazing food and attentive staff. This place is my absolute favorite. Definitely put this on your to do list if visiting Cancun.

Very lovely evening meal. The beef tataki and oysters to start, both outstanding. Shared a 35oz steak with my partner and a side of lobster mac n cheese. Absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone who visits Cancun.

Best decision made on this 7 day vacation in Cancun. Opted to go outside the all-inclusive resort for dinner and so glad we did. The food and atmosphere were phenomenal, but the service provided by Charly and Javier was the best I've ever experienced........anywhere! The individual attention is unmatched. The steaks were so tender and full of flavor, they just melt in your mouth. The presentation is first class. Will always dine at Harry's on future trips to Cancun. Thank you for a truly exquisite dinning experience!
