It’s not only the menu that revitalizes the steakhouse experience, but the décor as well. Harper’s features a $26 prix-fixe two course menu with classics like our Prime Rib French Dip, Creamy Maine Lobster Bisque, Chicken Marsala, Caesar Salad, Pan Seared King Salmon and Southwest Chopped Salad. Open Monday through Friday starting at 11am.

Our food was delicious but our service was horrible. We ordered two bottles of wine and had to keep asking for them. Likewise, we had to re-ask for anything we wanted. Our server kept disappearing. For the price of the meal the server could have been even a fraction more responsive.

The entire experience was amazing! The reservation was a breeze to make. The greeting at the front door was warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was nice and enjoyable. The food was beyond delicious. Highly recommend!

We had dinner for our anniversary and we had a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and went over and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

Celebrated our anniversary here last evening. We had an excellent meal, great service from the wait staff, and enjoyed our evening. A bit loud, but that didn’t bother us.

Everything about our experience at Harper’s was phenomenal! Our server was Kaleshia and she was attentive, helpful with suggestions, and on the spot with anything we needed. The atmosphere was welcoming as were the staff. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and from the moment we entered, he was made to feel celebrated. Special menu reading happy birthday Matt, free champagne for us to toast and a sparkler in the dessert to top it off. I simply cannot wait to go back and have found my new favorite restaurant when we visit Nashville.

Harper’s is the best!! Food = Outstanding Drinks = Outstanding Service = Outstanding We’ve been there 5 times now and every single time the food is hot, well seasoned, cooked beautifully. And the service tops it all off. We love it.

It was a birthday celebration. And I love the menu idea and I love the champagne toast freebie, and the sparkler in the dessert with chocolate writing. Very beautiful touches. Thank you so much. I love the speakeasy type vibe of finding the bathroom lol I love that they have a pick three on the dessert options and I love that they have half order availabilities for the sides and the salads. I love sampler options because I want to taste everything.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I've been to Harpers once before and it was good, but last night was less than ideal. I took my mom there for mother's day. We had a reservation at 6:30, but didn't get seated until a little after 7. Got our drink order taken at around 7:20. As soon as the server came, we ordered everything and also asked for the check when she came back to check on us when we got our food because the delays were so bad. My steak wasn't cooked right, but I didn't bother sending it back because of the delay. Nothing was comped; not even our valet parking. I never write reviews to complain, but it was just such a bad experience, I feel like the restaurant needs to know :(

We have been to Harper's multiple times but this by far was our worst experience. It was obvious that the restaurant either overbooked the guests or miscalculated the service and kitchen staff needed to provide the appropriate level of service for Mother's Day at Harper's. We had a 6:00pm reservation and arrived 5 minutes early. We were told "our table will be ready shortly." I checked back in 10 minutes and was told that the "server was just assigned to that table and it'll be ready soon." I checked back in 15 minutes, a total of 25 minutes after our reservation, and then was told "no tables were ready yet and there would probably be a 45 minutes wait....hostess said "all the tables were just now on appetizers or entrees." So then we had no choice but to take a high-top in the bar area for the 5 of us. Our server Cornelia was nice but it was obvious she was over her head with tables to cover. She had our table, one across the bar area and at least one outside. Her service was good at the beginning and then it immediately went down hill. A lot of it not her fault as the kitchen was backed up. But our drinks took a long time, water glasses not filled and the delay between our apps and main dishes was huge. We just sat there waiting and waiting. And when my steak came, it was not the right temperature and they took it back to the kitchen, and the new one they brought was actually more undercooked than the first one. I do give the Harper's team credit as they took off my steak and a few other things and tried to give us additional sides (which we didn't want) but overall we were there 3 hours and it was not a good Mother's Day meal with our kids.

Another phenomenal dining experience! The beef Wellington potstickers, oysters, tuna sashimi, chateaubriand and sea bass were delicious! The chocolate cake and creme brûlée were the icing on the cake to a wonderful meal!

I made a reservation for Mother’s Day, this was our first time dining at Harper’s, & we were extremely pleased with our experience. We were running a little behind for our reservation, but the staff was very accommodating and we were still seated right away. Our server was amazing. He was very attentive & friendly. The brunch buffet was insane, they had literally anything & everything you could possibly want & more. Our server informed us that they were going to start offering the brunch buffet on the weekends & we can’t wait to go back! We are also eager to get back & try out their dinner menu. We are locals and always looking for new places to try out, we will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend!

Corey was our server and was very knowledgeable about everything. We were celebrating a friend reunion and had a great time. I'd highly recommend the seafood tower and crème brulée to anyone. Both the food and atmosphere made for an amazing experience.

Harper’s was amazing! Food was top notch, our waiter recommended the Elk and it did not disappoint. Drinks were phenomenal highly recommend the “morning wood”. And ask for Mike when you go, he will hook you up! Best waiter there.

An amazing experience per usual. There were some accidental mishaps with our food, which was completely fine with us, but manager Nick noticed and completely outdid himself. He remade three of our meals, gave us additional sides, and gave us a free crème brûlée, which if you haven’t had, you got to get it. Job well done again.

What an experience! The service was wonderful for a Saturday evening and the food did not disappoint! Lots of energetic showman ship with the flaming cocktails, crème brûlée, and enhancements for the steak. We will definitely be returning. The beef Wellington potstickers are a must try as well as the table side crème brûlée- you won’t be sorry!

All the food had too much salt in it. The lobster bisque was fine, the popcorn crab was different but wouldn’t get again. The creamed spinach was inedible due to the saltiness, the creamed corn was ok but again too much salt, and the filet mignon we’d been craving was a letdown, again because of the salt!!! Though they cooked it correctly heat wise. Got the chocolate cake for dessert which was great but I have a feeling they don’t make it in house. Drinks were good!! Service was good and manager was attentive, but we got excited that the appetizer came out very quickly followed by a good half hour before our entrees came….no bread service. Waiters could be cleaner cut.

The perfect place to go for a celebration! They personalized my menu for my birthday. Water glasses never were empty. We had the filet and elk tenderloin and they were both fabulous. When they brought the meat they have you check the temperature is right for you right there. Waitress was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Received a complimentary dessert for a birthday treat and the owner stopped by to say hi. Just all around a wonderful place for a special occasion.

Now we know what all the fuss is about! I celebrated my birthday with hubby and were NOT disappointed. I ordered the rib eye and it was absolutely delicious as was the brussel sprouts. Our server was polite, sweet and accommodating. Loved the extra birthday token they presented to me for my celebration. Highly recommend!!

A TOTAL REDEMPTION STORY..well for the service because their food is a home run! Last time I went the meal took 4 hours and was so incredibly slow but THIS TIME it was near perfect. They were so attentive and made us feel so incredibly special. We celebrated a birthday there and I highly recommend it! The food was absolutely incredible and I know they are well known for their steaks but their italian dishes are some of the best in Nashville. Nothing was bad here and love this as our go-to place for special events! P.S. we had a 4 month in our party and the staff was so sweet when she started crying and opened up their private room to us so we wouldnt feel bad for the others dining.

We had a birthday dinner here and the experience was perfect. The ambiance was nice and we sat in the main dinning room. I truly enjoyed the dinner. 10/10 recommend Harper's. Everything about it was enjoyable. Our server (Rebecca) was knowledgeable of the menu and gave great recommendations. We were highly satisfied with everything we ordered, from drinks to dessert. After trying steak at just about every nice restaurant in Nashville, Harper's is now my new favorite. I paired it with the creamed corn and potatoes and it did not disappoint, The hostess's were also very accommodating and allowed us to use the back elevator to the parking garage due to the storm passing through as we were leaving. Free garage parking if you see the host for a ticket afterwards. Do yourself a favor and try this place if you haven't already. You will not be disappointed!

Our 2nd time in 2 months. Ordered the exact same things as before since that meal was perfect. For starters we had the arugula, burrata, fried green tomato salad with a balsamic reduction drizzle (Don’t pass this by) and the lobster bisque. For entrees we had the salmon over barley risotto, 16 oz prime rib, seabass with crab and bernause sauce. It was 100% amazing delicious and the Service top notch also. I’ve recommended this awesome place to 30-40 people and EVERYONE Raves about it. 5 STARS P.S. Since I’ve been to Grich wineries in California AND Croatia it was a delight to order a great imported Croatia yummy wine. All enjoyed it immensely.

Food was just ok, our French onion soup had random pieces of corn in it that were confirmed not supposed to be in it (they did replace). Wife’s mocktail was really good. Lobster in bisque was super over cooked and rubbery, prime rib was cooked well.

The food was great, the service was excellent. It was not a cheap meal but I knew that ahead of time. We ordered the potstickers and A-5 wagyu drunken hot rock as an appetizer and both were great, the wagyu was fun where they bring a hot rock to the table and you cook the steak on your own with dipping sauces on the side. For an entree we had the elk and prime rib, I tried a bit of the elk and to me it was better than the prime rib. Sides we shard the mashed potatoes and lobster Mac-both were great but the lobster Mac was especially good. For desert we had crème brûlée and butter cake- the top of the crème brûlée was touched a bit too much but had a good taste still. I got the cocktail tale of two cities and that wasn’t to my taste. Overall it was a good experience but it was very loud when we got there (6:30) and it was hard to understand the waitress when she was explaining the menu. The price was a little high to me but that was mostly because we ordered wagyu, the food was great and service was especially good. It did take a bit to get food out of the kitchen but there was a few large parties there.

This place is all about the details. - Parking directly below the restaurant was much easier than eating on Broadway. - We noted on the reservation this was an anniversary dinner. The menu and dessert plate had "happy anniversary" emblazoned across them. We're not anti-alcohol but didn't order any drinks; a manager brought out two glasses of Sicilian sparkling lemonade in lieu of champagne. - The steak options were brought out and explained, from origin to rarity to signature presentation. We just went for filets but man, we can see how the prices of A-5 Wagyu or an Australian tomahawk are justified. Even their more "standard" steaks are from a family-owned ranch operating 130 years. - The seafood tower had dry ice embedded so they could pour a little water and have it billowing fog on the table. - All the staff were tops. Our waiter, Brady, gets huge marks for personality, attentiveness, and depth of answers to our questions. Even returned from the bathroom to find he had folded my napkin into a triangle. - Bathrooms had a signature scented candle made by a local candle shop. - Everything was delicious. Appetizers, entrees, desserts -- excellent flavor/seasoning/pairing and meticulous presentation. Never before had someone ask me to cut a steak through the middle as they brought it to ensure it was cooked perfectly to order. We only get out for a nice dinner a couple times per year but have determined this place will get a return visit over Virago, Bourbon Steak, The Twelve Thirty Club, Jeff Ruby's, and 5th & Taylor. Unless we're looking for live music or a rooftop view, the details at Harper's win.
