Come dine in our modern and relaxing atmosphere, where we serve traditional sushi and unique fusion dishes created by our chef, Mickey Ninomiya who developed and sharpened his skills at various restaurants including Sushi Ota over 12 years with his passion and dedication under Master Chef Mr. Ota till just recently. With Chef Mickey, we have created new dishes and serve traditional dishes for our guests.
Enjoy particularly selected sakes, wines, and unique cocktails that pair exquisitely with our fine dishes.
In addition to traditional sushi, unique Omakase and hot and cold Japanese appetizers, our menu includes pastas, homemade desserts, and other regional fusion dishes to cater to a wide range of guests.
We are also proud to offer premium A5 Miyazaki Wagyu dishes.

This is such a great restaurant. I have been here for normal sushi before and it was delicious. I came here again for the omakase and it did not disappoint. Everything was so fresh and the flavors they helped for this dinner were excellent. The sake we ordered was oh so very good. I am definitely coming back again and again!

I came here for my boyfriend’s birthday. Very great quality food, though they forgot to give us a menu in the beginning. They were very kind and their service made up for it. I did not go with the omakase menu, but I would go again.

Sushi is fresh and delicious. Creative menu items. It’s a small venue - highly recommend getting a reservation. Wide variety of sake. Definitely one of the more bona fide sushi spots in San Diego IMO.

Every time I’ve come here I am blown away. The sushi chefs are incredible, I got to speak with one of the owners last time I was there. He was very kind and humble. They always have best freshest sushi for the price hands down. They even packed up my wife’s crazy request of the panna cotta to go. I continue to come back here and recommend all my friends to go as well. -Apollo

Had an amazing time at Harmony. We sat at the bar and had the omakaze menu. The quality of the fish was incredible and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Chef Mickey does a wonderful job pairing flavors that have you happy to the last bite. Highly recommend; this place is a gem!

Chef Micky is very skilled and engages with diners in a friendly way. Everything we tasted was fresh, with generous cuts on each nigiri. Sake curation is solid, and the wasabi was freshly grated, as expected for this price point. I'm particularly impressed with the rice--an often overlooked component of sushi. It was perfect. Staff went above and beyond to give us a great experience. Looking forward to coming back to this charming place.

We had an amazing experience at Harmony. I will go as far as to say this is the best sushi I’ve ever had. Service, atmosphere, quality of fish all top notch. Found our new favorite sushi spot.

The chef was amazing. Super friendly and social and excitable nature was contagious. The red eye snapper could have been seared just a hair more (it’s my favorite one so I’m particular). Our server seemed very new to serving or maybe it’s just not for them. I use to be a server and quickly realized it was not for me. Just forgot things, didn’t grab plates from the correct side (went between us almost every time instead of beside us). Food was delicious. Glad we did the omakase.

We had a great experience dinning here. The appetizers are small and pricey (for the size). We had seaweed salad, shishito peppers, spicy garlic edamame and miso soup- all tasty but nothing that I would recommend it besides the shishito peppers! Their salmon is amazing I haven’t had such a melty salmon in a long time, so definitely a must for sashimi/nigiri. Toro melty & yellowtail with truffles fresh and amazing taste. We had Eri roll which was my favorite dish. For dessert we ordered crepe. They offer really good selection of sake! Service was really good, from host to server & friendly sushi chefs! Love the ambience & decor.

Top of the line sushi and sake. Highly recommend. Hosted by Japanese owner, served by 30 yr experinces chef. A true gastronomic gem!

It is a little pricey but excellent service and attentiveness without being pushy or annoying, which is really great. The sushi chefs are very helpful and explain each item they create, and everything was just so fresh and delicious. It's a great place for a date night!

Amazing experience and food. Chef Mickey takes great care preparing dishes and coming up with something new to experience every time. 10/10 would recommend anyone to come to Harmony 2B1! The service and ambiance is excellent too - definitely sit at the bar!

An excellent restaurant disguised as a hole in the wall. Sort of Asian Fusion. We had the Omakase. We definitely got our full of excellent food! Fantastic food and chef Mickey was awesome!! We will be back!
