Hard Rock Cafe is the casual eatery version of the classic Hard Rock restaurant. These versions of the Hard Rock restaurant are for those who need a quick bite or don't want to have a full sit-down dinner. The idea for the restaurant came when Hard Rock owners were searching for a good fast burger and didn't like their options between current fast-food chains. Hard Rock Cafe's menu is all about classic American fare. There are plenty of great appetizers, but hungry guests should try the Classic Nachos, with the option to add Guacamole, Grilled Chicken or Grilled Steak. The entrées are delicious, but this menu was built around crafting great burgers and Hard Rock has several recipes. One of the most popular is the Original Legendary Burger. This is an in house made burger with Applewood bacon, cheddar cheese, crispy onion rings, leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomato, served with our signature steak sauce on the side.

The food is not super complicated, but it is very good. My wife had a mixed drink that was very tasty, so much so, that she had another. The burger was big enough to make me a little scared of being able to take a bite out of it.

Went there with my family for mothers day and drove from Elk Grove for a nice dining experience because we had eaten there many times and had a great time. My family and I had a horrible raced-based discrimination experience. I made a reservation for 11am, at Hardrock Cafe in case it was busy. When we got there a Hostess named Jackie decided to put us in the first open corner booth next to the reception desk where there was constant in/out traffic after taking 2 parties with white customers to their seats in the main dining room. We asked her if can she moved us to another table that's away from the entrance since there's traffic in and out constantly, plus half of the restaurant had open tables. She replied that all tables are reserved and there's nothing she can do. We asked her why groups of people who had no reservation got seated inside the main dining room with nice open tables then? She said the table we got was the only available one left and every table was booked for 11am. We knew she was lying because my wife and I had ate at the restaurant many times without reservation and I remember she was working everytime as well. So we asked another server for a manager and the same hostess who intentionally gave us the bad table came by and told us she's also the manager so don't listen to any other waitress because she runs the floor. We told her then we'll talk to your GM, and she said, "Fine, I can move you but there's no server to help you for 30 minutes or longer, so you're going to be waiting for a long time." That was the last unnecessary comment I can allow my family to be discriminated by a representative of an established business like Hardrock. Hostess Jackie keeps making discriminatory excuses for the bad service. This is the last time Hardrock Cafe will get business from us and I have a big family who goes play there often. The staff needs more civil rights training or more complaints will occur and Hardrock will lose business to.

Shelby was our server and did a fantastic job! She knew all the beer on tap (and there were quite a few). Shelby checked in frequently and was very upbeat. Two of us had the salmon special on her recommendation and the dish was superb. Our sons had burgers which they thoroughly enjoyed. Food and drinks came quickly. It was a wonderful experience.

The food took a very long time and the appetizer came at the same time as the meal maybe 1 minute before, I believe you need more servers or cooks maybe both, our server was really good and the food tasted good except the pulled pork sandwich was to sweet and not hot enough

Loved the atmosphere. Onion Rings were delicious. Hamburger was a little dry, but, the taste was outstanding. Staff was friendly, courteous and very attentive even though it was very busy.

Had dinner in the Cafe with family. Best server ever " Shelby ", you never run out of drinks or anything else. Her personality & sense of humor is wonderful. She treats you as a VIP and goes out of her way to ensure you fully enjoy your dining experience. We just love her and make reservations for her area every time we go to Hard Rock for dinner. Your fortunate to have such a gem in your employ. If there is a reward / bonus for exceptional employee's, she should be on top of the list. Thank you, the Holland Family.

We went on a Friday night . Server was so courteous but seems like they were short staffed. It took a while before someone approached us to get our order. Food was ok but it was not the same as what they described on the menu.

In het algemeen was alles in orde speciale vestiging met casino. Bediening kwam haastig over alles moest rap rap gaan, ze wouden ons zo rap mogelijk weg eten net op en de rekening werd al op tafel gelegd. Cocktail was heel straf meer drank dan wat anders + maar 1 maat maar wel in een gewoon glas en niet in een hardrock glas.

We made a reservation to have dinner at 4:30 because there was nothing in between 430 and 7:30 PM. When we receded the restaurant wasn’t very busy at all and people were still being told that they had an hour wait luckily we had the reservation. we ordered our food and drinks and that took a long time. My husband got his soda and we got the water and then it took longer to get my actual drink that I ordered. I ordered a Bahama mama. I believe that was 1299 which seem to be more juice than anything and then once I drink it, there was more than half a glass of ice so basically it’s a rip off. That being said, most restaurants are rip off when it comes to drinks. It has, and I were not in a bad mood and we didn’t feel like complaining, but it took a very long time to get our orders and then part of the order was brought to the table which is my husband’s steak fajitas. I was told that my order didn’t look right when it came out and that she asked for it to be remade. When I received my order, which took another 15 minutes to get, it’s still looks the way she described it and had hardly anything on it and a bunch of broken chips. We just ate our food because we were hungry. I think I tipped just under 18% but I don’t even think the service was worth that. Please note that the people were very nice, but considering that the restaurant was not that busy when we placed our order and when we were seated, there was really no reason for us to wait that long. As far as my order is concerned, I don’t think that they made it wrong. I think that it was forgotten, and it took longer to get because they finally made it. They do not want anything back or for free but I would like you to consider talking to your staff and making them realize that it is not OK to make people wait like that and then not do something to make it right or even acknowledge it. I suspect this will go unaddressed. At least this survey gave me chance to say something.

I ate there before and loved it but this time was busy due to a DWTS event. Told there was a 45-1 hour wait so we left. I was told there was no reservation that night. While at the show I made a reservation on open table successful! So I felt the host was dishonest about no reservations! Upon return there was no line. The waitress was amazing but the food was disappointing. It was my friends first time at the eatery she said her food was cold and her salmon was dry. The main bar was backed up but the bar tenders were nice and controlled the crowd who tried to cut the line. From what I observed Hard Rock wasn’t prepared for the crowd what so ever. Very disappointed.

Food was great. The table was really nice. We were seated in a nice, quiet room and in front of big widescreen TV, awesome and what a treats. I’ll make sure I’ll use your websites more often. I really enjoyed our last minute dining. Do you have any membership on making reservations to your site, so I could easily navigate and have my profile and not typing my name, my address, and my phone. It’s so much convenient to just login to your sites and make my reservations. Thank you very much for fantastic services.

The booking service through the actual restaurant was disappointing. We arrived at approximately 330pm to find that the wait was between 30-45 minutes to be seated as the restaurant was having a “staffing issue”. I put my number down for the wait list and was told I would receive a text message when our table was ready. After nearly a 75 minute wait, I went to check in with the hostess to find that the message was never sent. The issue was “owner declined to receive messages”. I explained to the hostess that i never received a message and asked if there was a table available. As I was waiting for the hostess to return, two other guests advised they were having the same issue and have been waiting much longer than previously told. When the hostess returned, we were seated and told a server would we with us shortly. Approximately 15 minutes after being seated, a server finally came over to take our order and drinks. Nearly 30 minutes later, we received our meal (two cheeseburgers and an onion ring tower). Looking around, there were only 5 other tables seated and all were waiting for their meals. Although the food was fantastic, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

The reservation was for 7:15 PM, as there was a concert at 8 PM. We went to the host desk and it was mass confusion. Staff didn’t seem to know what was going on and were actively avoiding customers. At 7:20, a server finally acknowledged us and when we gave the name for the reservation, she said not yet. At 7:30 we checked again and reiterated we had a 7:15 reservation, the server said she was looking at the wait list instead of the reservation. We were seated at 7:35. At 7:45, no one had taken out order or come to our table so we left and told the waitstaff we needed to leave to make the concert. One of the worse experiences I have had dining.

Got seated right away with reservations. Our server, Shelby was friendly and the drink special, expresso martini, was delicious. Service time was good as was the food. Seating was more toward the casino which was fun.

Three people at our table ordered the filet mignon special and they had told us they ran out 30 mins later, so we all ordered the ribeye and then again they came back 30 minutes later to tell us they ran out. Mind you during this time we still have not seen our drinks which had been well over an hour since we ordered them. When our drinks finally did come they were pretty terrible, and my drink wasn’t even correct. And mind you I ordered the special drink that they made for Valentine’s Day. We ended up getting chicken sandwiches, which were subpar. Honestly McDonald’s chicken sandwiches are better. By the time our food and drinks came out we had already been sitting for an hour and a half. I would not recommend going here unless you want to wait forever for your food and drinks, and it be subpar and overpriced.

My experience here was an unexpected terrible one . From the bar not having the ingredients to make my drink ( just a day before the Superbowl) to my legendary burger coming over cooked and my onion rings coming tough and rubbery. It was a bad experience over all . The restaurant wasn't busy at all we were treated with passive response until we heard a manager meeting behind us . This was extremely unprofessional. Staffing issues or conversation about work need not take place in front of paying customer. This shows a lack of leadership and can cause moral to drop . Please have your management to focus and staff to focus on the day at band and not worry about what will happen on Superbowl Sunday .

Listen, it’s a chain restaurant so you go for the experience. I’d say this Hard Rock is lacking in decoration and ambiance compared to others in the franchise. It sits toward the back of a casino floor so you get more of a hotel restaurant vibe. The service was good and quick. Food was average for the restaurant. Menu was pretty limited - burgers and fries. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it’s no different than a Red Robin or a Chili’s.

They were busy due to the concert so we understand that. However, our server kept forgot things. The burger was medium well, we asked for medium. No silverware. No condiments ect. My flat bread was perfect though.

The sound level was higher than normal because of a 49ers-Green Bay playoff game that delayed a show we were attending that night. But that just contributed to a party atmosphere in which the 49ers' last-minute and game-winning play capped the game well and led well into an upbeat mood for the Kathleen Madigan standup performance. Overall, great food, great service, and a lot of fun at the show.

It was a little crazy in there with the football game going on. I didn't mind as much as my wife did. But the service was excellent and the food was great. Shelby was our server and she was spot on with the service. The price was comparable to other casinos we have eaten at.
