Wait staff was horrible disorganized and we never got one of our main courses, even after we politely inquired twice. We were told it was coming soon, and it never appeared. Then they added insult to injury by including the never received dish on the bill

Delighted to enjoy authentic dim sum in the heart of San Francisco during my visit from Hong Kong. The service was also excellent, just like I am used to at home.

Everything is good as usual. Authentic Chinese food with good service and a full bar. Not the fusion stuff and not the rude Chinatown service. Really enjoyable.

This place was a complete disaster. We ordered for a family of 6 about 10 courses and the server brought the meat courses to the table one at a time (yes, we ordered rice with bacon and two types of chow mein and 2 courses of vegetables) but the only the meats courses arrived to our table - one at a time. Then at the 1:45 hour mark, the vegetables arrived and after that the rice. I spoke with the server about it 45 minutes into our experience and he said “the kitchen is busy”. It appears like they need a kitchen manager or to restrict the amount of guests because there were three other tables of 6 or more guests experiencing the same bad service as we did.

I had a delicious meal and ordered the Brisket Broth, which was also tasty. I had a nice business meal around 2:00 PM, and I want to commend the staff for their courteous service. When the bill was brought, the staff made it clear that gratuity was included, unlike some other businesses. Additionally, I noticed that around 2:30 PM, when they closed for dinner preparations, the staff came out to eat, which made me feel like the establishment cared for the welfare of their staff.

Food and service were both good. The menu is confusing--I hosted a friend and let him choose what he wanted. All items were well prepared. Could be that if the menu were better organized I'd have picked fewer fried foods and added vegetables.

Enjoyed outdoor dining on one of the few warm evenings in San Francisco! Excellent Old Fashioned from the bar; really enjoyed the meal. Have to go back during Dungeness crab season!
