We had a very nice time, experiencing a cuisine we weren't familiar with. Our friends, who'd visit the restaurant several times before, showed us what to do. A few more implements; spoons and tongs, would have made it easier to manage the cooking. Nonetheless, we very much enjoyed the food and restaurant.

We mentioned it was our anniversary but wasn’t made to feel special really - aside from that everything else was great !

Buzzy hotpot place. The staff could've been more knowledgable in helping select for us who've never had hotpot before.

The food was great and the location is easy to get to but we were sat back in the private dining room which had much less buzz, worse atmosphere, and poorer service than the main restaurant dining area. Even had a reservation and they still put us back there. Go to the location in Holborn, not this one.

Honestly this is a place I would highly recommend. Princess was an amazing hostess. We celebrated our birthdays and got absolutely spoilt. Thank you for making a memorable experience!!

I really enjoy my time at happy lamb with my boyfriend. The staff is kind and ready to help you. Really nice experience and amazing food! Greatly recommend

the food came out promptly and seemed very fresh. only thing i will say is our chinese leaves weren’t washed properly and had some dirt left on them. but overall was a great dinner with a great vibe and service, especially as one of our party had a peanut allergy.

I’m a big fan of spicy food but I can honestly say this is the hottest levels of spice I’ve ever tried in a restaurant. And I only got the “medium” spicy level of broth. A more candid warning pre-dining from the staff or even on the menu would have been appreciated.
