We have been coming here for a few years. Yesterday (a holiday) was very quiet and uncrowded. Was the B team in the kitchen? Nothing was good except the Kahlua pork sliders. Rolls were not properly rolled and falling apart before touching them…seared ahi was terrible and the quality of the ahi was low grade. The server was adorable, friendly and prompt. Will check out other sushi options before dropping $$ here again. Disappointed loyal customer.

I frequently dine at a the one DT Denver/Lodo and in comparison at dining at the landmark location for the first time the portions were so small I thought I ordered from a kids menu. I’m not sure if it was just that particular time but it was odd to me when I order the same thing always and it was so underwhelming. Service was pleasant but the food is inconsistent to the other locations.

Very loud inside the restaurant. It is tough to carry on an in-depth conversation.

Every Hapa has its own charm & even in construction, Hapa DTC had great service, food & drinks from start to finish. Our server was attentive & accommodating, the food was fresh & absolutely delicious & the vibes were great. Do yourself a favor & order the Aspen Roll, incredible! We absolutely love Hapa!

I wasn’t very impressed by the sushi. The fish wasn’t as fresh as it should be. The new style sashimi was not seasoned very well and the fish wasn’t very tender. We didn’t try any sushi rolls, but that may have been a better option. The service was slow and the waiter appeared to be running even though there were many bus people and many hosts.

Our chef was awesome. He made a beautiful display for the fish we ordered and a delicious tempura octopus salad
