Would not recommend Their staff are very disrespectful to international guests. Not impressed. Will not be returning

Food was nice except for being out of two of the things we wanted on the menu, the main down fall was being seated in the middle of some sort of staff party with around 30/35 people and not being able to speak to each other without shouting across the table, Would have appreciated being sat away from the group or warned about it prior to arrival. More of a bar that conveniently serves food rather than a restaurant.

We go to Hanover Tap to watch all the F1 races. There is a great atmosphere and the staff are amazing! The burgers are pretty good and there is a great selection of drinks including brewery beers and ales.

This review is for open table not the pub. We didn’t know the rules about about. Children and timing of reservations so we had to be turned away. Open table should not allow the booking.

We go to watch the F1 for most of the races. The service is always fantastic and there is a great atmosphere. The burgers are great but could do with some healthier options on the menu.

Although I understand sometimes there is problems out with the company’s control what I find was poor customer service is that I was not contacted by anyone to inform me that the place was closed due to a plumbing issue. I had pre booked a table also leaving my contact details but arrived that day- with friends for a birthday celebration- to a notice on the door.

We go to watch F1 here because it has great service and a good atmosphere. The burgers are pretty good too!

For a casual night to watch some football and have good drinks and bar food this place was perfect!

Booked a table for 6 people at 7pm on a busy Friday evening and showed up only to be told the booking didn’t exist on there system even though I had the email and confirmation, I also had called five mins ahead to advise we would be running late. The staff were rude and unhelpful didn’t offer any alternative table or room for us and told us we could “stand” at the bar and the girl I was speaking to walked away from me without any acknowledgment to there mistake.

I had booked this online , when I arrived with the other guests I was informed as my niece at nearly 4 was not old enough to eat in the establishment , as they had no baby changing facilities. At nearly 4 she can use any toilet like any adult. The seating was set back away from bar area , I was disappointed as it had not clearly stated on the website that even if you are only eating there is an age restriction. We had traveled from out of Edinburgh to enjoy the markets and get some food The bar was dead with no other customers in it at the time . I felt the abruptness of just being told no and to leave was poor customer service .
