We have reservations from 5 to 8 PM. After that time, we have limited reservations, and walk-ins will be added to the waiting list based on their arrival.

The place was incredible. Amazing tor pictures and the waiters were super nice. The only problem we had was it was really hot, we could tell the air was on but only if you were at the bar could you feel it. At the tables it was really hot

Great ambience, great service, good vibes. Prices were fair if you come from a big US city but higher for Mexico standards.

Fantastic experience. All of our cocktails were perfectly prepared, and the snacks we ordered were delicious. Definitely lives up to the reputation and hype, cannot wait to go back. Thank you very much team! Great experience!

Should have been a fantastic experience, and started off well with great service from the bar staff, who were keen to help and share knowledge. Unfortunately our bar server changed half way through and the new server was only interested in the couple next door to us. He completely ignored us and the 3 people the other side of us. Eventually we all left. I recognise that when you sit at the bar, conversations between server and customers is all part of the experience, however the bar tender should be experienced and thoughtful enough not to ignore others.

we had a stellar experience, each drink from the menu off menu superb and delicious. The whole night was amazing, with great stories and service from Mike. Such a memorable night!

The bar messaged me on opentable few weeks to let me know that they’re undergoing renovations on the original day of my booking and accommodated us for Thursday which was great. They were friendly and helpful. Fast forward to the day of the reservation, apparently they posted a story on Instagram saying they were closed. I received nothing on open table and had a reservation for 9 so assumed that must not apply to me because we were accommodated. We showed up and they were closed. Flew back home the day after, oh well

I received an email 1 week prior to reservation stating Hanky Panky would be closed for rennovation, offering an alternative reservation on a later date. There were extremely limited options to reschedule but was still grateful for the accommodation. On the date of our new reservation, we arrived to find Hanky Panky closed despite no further communication. A young female employee came out and told us it was published on social media (I could only find it as an instagram story posted several hours prior). She then helped us get a reservation at their sister bar which we greatly appreciated. I am unable to comment on Hanky Panky itself given the fact it was closed. Would re-attempt to go to this bar on a future trip to CDMX.

The atmosphere was great, but the service was awful. The server was rude and blunt. We had a few questions, but their response was vague or “I don’t know.” It’s a bit upsetting because this bar is supposed to be one of the best 50 bars? However, the service ruined everything. Aside from that, the atmosphere was great! Drinks were okay. Nothing special except for the “India cocktail.”

It was a fun experience but had to wait an hour past our reservation time to get seated. Once seated we were at this group table rather than the bar which I think would have been nicer. The service was fast once seated and the drinks were pretty great.

Hanky Panky remains a cocktail stapple but its surging popularity dampens service, qc and ambiance. Go but also explore the thousans other options Sexico City has to offer. Take this from a local, 8th generation, born and raised Chilango. Tune in, drop out. `°•

We were really excited to visit and our expectations were exceeded. Mike was hilarious and really made the experience exceptional! Great drinks, great atmosphere, great banter!

It used to be a great place. No more! Absolutely awful service from the moment they insisted on sitting two separate parties of 4 in one tiny booth to incompetent and chaotic waiters who take half full glasses away…They treat you like a walking gringo wallet . By far the worst experience of otherwise great CDMEX trip. Don’t believe the top50 lists.

No atendieron nuestra solicitud de sentarnos en barra, y nos pusieron en una mesa compartida. Los cócteles no eran del todo lo que esperábamos. La comida estaba muy rica, único aspecto rescatable.

Nice spot to grab a drink, but be prepared to sit with strangers as the tables are communal, it got a little tight in our table but the couple that was placed with us left after one drink, we were able to scoot around the table to give us more space to enjoy our current drink and left right after. I think the main bar might be the best place to sit but we were sat at a table but the vibes were still good.
