Hank’s is located next to the Bay Theater at Palisades Village and Executive Chef Isaias Peña offers a full menu of elevated American classics for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Guests can choose from a wide array of dishes from seafood, steaks and ribs, to Hank's Double Diamond Burger, starters and sandwiches, complemented by Hank's cocktails, martinis shaken and poured tableside, select wine & beer list, shakes and housemate floats.

Seating is available in our main dining room, Hank's Bar counter giving guests a front row seat to our open kitchen and full cocktail bar, or bustling pet friendly patio. We are happy to accommodate any vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary restricted guests.

Pacific Palisades is a small beach community known for spectacular ocean views, hiking and biking trails near Malibu, Santa Monica, and the Santa Monica Pier. This neighborhood is also home to the stunning Getty Villa Museum which features Roman-inspired architecture and gardens.

Very crowded. Table we were promised not available. Heater did not work. Ate indoors which was fine but crowded. Menu was new and very limited. No decent vegetarian entrees for my friend (veggie burger was frozen not homemade)! Waiter was not knowledgeable. Friend ordered carrot soup but was served artichoke soup with no explanation. Waiter kept insisting it was carrot but it was green! Friend allergic to artichokes! Charged for fries which we did not order. The ribs were delicious as was the ahi tuna and smash burger. The hostess was efficient.

Wanted to love the “new” Hanks but it’s solidly mid. Good enough to go back if nothing else is available. Pros: burger and fries very good. Strawberry Fields cocktail good. Better atmosphere - white table clothes, glass wind barrier outside, lively bistro feel. Cons: service is on/off. Your person is there and then disappears when you need them most. Food service was very slow. Some sides forgotten. Our entrees didn’t come out until long after we were finished apps. Also on the pricey side for what you get. Ribs were tough and cold. Steak frites edible but not great. All around good enough not great.

The burger was wonderful! The fries were super tasty!! The onion rings were off the hook!!! And the service was good!

The service was excellent, and the manager was great! I forget her name but she had food and drink recommendations that were delicious and i will definitely come back!

Soggy bun on all 4 burgers. So not worth the price: over $200 for 4 hamburgers, beer and appetizers. Go to Apple Pan or Palisades Garden if you want a good hamburger.

The chef is excellent! We had the best clam chowder. Our hamburger, hot dog, fries, and onion rings were oiled to perfection. Get the milkshake, it doesn’t disappoint !

I had never been to Hanks and they had a wonderful brunch with great people watching outside on their patio. Unfortunately there were 4 kids screaming at the top of their lungs and their parents never told them to stop. Not the restaurants fault at all! But did not make for a great brunch until the people left. I would definitely go back to Hanks!!

We love to get the double diamond burger, onion rings and dirty vodka martini whenever we go to Hank’s. This time we also tried the new menu appetizer, recommended by the waiter- artichoke cheese dip. It honestly was THE best one I have ever tasted. I’m not much one for dips, but my husband likes them. We both were in heaven and would highly recommend! Delish! 😋

Food was delicious. We had the chicken and salmon which both were perfectly cooked and well paired with veggies. Good wine selection and great to sit outside with the heat lamps. Service was very good and a small band playing nearby was a really nice addition. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

Eating outside really isn't an option - the only heaters are the kind that have the tall vertical flame that doesn't really heat anything...

Neighborhood gem: tasty food in a picturesque setting. The expanded patio is especially nice. I had the diamond double burger, which is one of the specials, along with onion rings, and my companion had a Caesar salad with chicken. Everything was excellent. It is pricey, but, after all, it is the Pacific Palisades.

It took 40 minutes to be served our order of 3 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich - which is extraordinary long for a night that was not that busy. The server was great but the wait time was poor!

The food was good. The ribs were a hit with our guest and a very generous portion, however, there were no wet wipes or hot wet cloth to wipe hands with. I highly recommend this. Even a bowl of hot water with lemon would be helpful. The waiter forgot to bring the dessert we ordered which was a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. He didn't charge us for it either but it was disappointing not to receive it. We love the atmosphere and sitting outside.

Nine friends had a very pleasant dinner outside. Good menu variety, tasty food, generous portion sizes, and separate payments - made for a wonderful time. We were grateful to our kind server and the manager.

This was my first time at Hank’s. The food was delicious. The service was great! We tried the deviled egg appetizer and it was tasty. We ate here because we were going to an event at The Getty Villa. It was perfect for our evening.

I ordered my hamburger as a lettuce wrap but instead it came on a very small pile of shredded lettuce. Otherwise the meal was delicious, the spicy margarita excellent, and the service great.

Talk about overpriced!Its much better at Angelini for better food.The salad we ordered was mostly 3/4 lettuce and a baked potato undercooked .Not going back I'll stick to Angelini and the Bistro gardens.

Enjoyed the food-delicious grilled balsamic onions on the burger which was cooked perfectly. Excellent fries and onion rings. Kale salad had too much kale and not enough of the other ingredients!! Tuna melt only had cheese on one half. The service was lousy. Difficult to get our water glasses refilled (and it was quite a hot day). When the iced tea was refilled, it was brought to the table with NO ice!! Waitresses certainly need lots of training as only very few tables were occupied!

We love Hank's! Their outdoor area is large and comfortable, with heat lamps when and where needed. The servers are friendly and accommodating, and the food is good. The menu isn't huge, but it has just enough variety, and we've always been able to find something yummy.
