Beautiful restaurant just outside the busy Broadway area. Ambience was perfect, music was great and not so loud you couldn’t talk. Food and service was perfect. Would definitely go back.

There was only 1 server and no hostess - she did a great job - but she was only 1 person with I counted 9 tables. I ordered the wedge with Salmon - you were out of salmon - and the wedge was not expected - it was “deconstructed” - probably won’t be back.

Our server was great but the food was mediocre. It was better the last time we were there so that was disappointing. I love the physical appearance there, but the music is iffy. We truly only go there before Preds games because it’s convenient.

Great menu snd great excellent service. Like nearly every restaurant in Music City, there are some excellent live performers/performances and like nearly every place in Nashville, it’s far too loud to have a conversation.

The food was excellent. We asked for two plates for salad and steak and they were not provided but acknowledged when ordered. Our water refill was when we were about completed with dinner and I had to ask for our check.

Food was good! Likes the wings fries and Brussels. Wished the mini burgers weren't overcooked. We did have a longer wait than expected but the staff really made up for it in the dining experience. Would go back for those wings! And to try some other dishes.

Personnel were friendly and timely. Live music was exceptionally loud! We couldn’t hear each other talk at our table because of the loud noise levels. Food came out quickly, but my $50 miso sea bass serving was approx 4 oz and extremely crispy. All food was over seasoned with salt. Fries tasted old and they’re were many small pieces of broken, burnt fries in both orders. The appetizer (spinach dip) wasn’t warm and bread was cold. Overall, poor food quality for such an expensive meal.

The atmosphere and service were great. The food was subpar at best. The CA burger had very little flavor & was undercooked based on how it was ordered. The fries were a little soggy and not very warm. Mashed potatoes were dry. It was not worth the prices.

Service is slow, workers stand around messing around and ignoring customers - had to ask for items multiple times. Food was not great and very salty, even chicken Caesar salad was not good. Definitely not worth the cost.

Didn’t acknowledge info provided through open table (dairy allergy) - seated 20 min after reservation time, waited 45 min for food after being seated. Food was average for the price.

We ordered an 8 oz filet that came out looking like a 4 oz for $52! No sides included… I got the meatballs - they were cold so sent them back- they were not tender - more tough but not awful. The sweet potato fries were also cold… not a very good meal for the price at all. The best item was the butter cake for dessert - it was my birthday and at least the server gave us the cake free and took off the price of the meatball - which was $18. Very disappointing for my birthday dinner night out in Nashville - we drove in from Cleveland today. Very disappointed for my birthday.

Greet took longer than expected. Ribeye was “mangled’ for lack of better words. Service was fair. Not a bad experience but no “wow” factor to bring me back. For the money, plus paying $25 to park, value was just not there for me.

We tried Handcut last night and it is easily now one of my boyfriend and I’s favorite places in Nashville. The drinks and food were delicious and the service was amazing!

Service was excellent! We were a party of three. Food was very good. We all had steaks that were cooked to perfection. The Brussels sprouts were fantastic. Our server was Raul, and he was attentive. I’ve read other reviews where people said they had poor service but that wasn’t our experience.

Waiter never came to refill our drinks. I got a free app from their rewards and he told me they don't have that. So I showed him and he almost treated me like an idiot. Mac and cheese was prefect though. The lava cake was good but the sauce tasted like ketchup to me. Glad it was on the plate and not the cake.

Overall great ambiance and amazing food..but was seated in high top when reserved standard, waited almost an hour for order to be taken and for Togo boxes. Waiters weren't attentive at all

Attention from the server was questionable at best. Drinks served with ice completely melted, long gaps between even seeing her. We sat for 20 minutes after finishing with not even an effort to close us out. We were late for our concert.

The server was nice and trying to do her best. But it was clear that back of house was struggling to keep up and get orders correct and out in a timely manner. And in the end, my $22 steak salad was mostly iceberg lettuce with some blue cheese and cranberries and not much more. So, just mediocre for me.
