La hospitalidad que te ofrece Há es amable, acogedor, atento. Amplio conocimiento y excelente servicio por parte de nuestro mesero y sommelier Ricardo. Sin duda alguna el Chef Christian Castillo quien estuvo a cargo de nuestro servicio nos sorprendió con cada uno de los platillos, también se acercó a la mesa a presentarse y saludarnos. Platillos con mención honorífica: - Pato (Mole Rosa) - Escamoles - Beignet Sandra Fernández, la sommelier encargada de nuestra degustación expresó excelentemente los maridajes de vinos 100% mexicanos. Conclusión: Técnicas culinarias 10/10 Presentación 10/10 Maridaje 10/10 Hospitalidad 10/10 Ambiente 10/10 Felicitar al Chef Carlos Gaytán por su excelente visión en la gastronomía mexicana contemporánea y a todo su equipo que ha formado para ofrecer experiencias inolvidables.

I cannot say enough about HA! We had an exceptional time and the food and wine pairing were phenomenal. Every dish was prepared so well and executed perfectly. Our server was so great and personable. To top the night off Chef was in house and he came out and spent a few minutes with us! I highly recommend dining here, worth every penny. The flavors were amazing and some very unique dishes. We would definitely dine here again.

My wife and I were here four years ago, and everything was excellent!!! We had excellent service last night; however, the wine and food were not close to the $175 price per person.

Hola, nos encantó la experiencia, sin embargo las porciones son grandes para nuestro gusto y son muchos tiempos, más postres y entradas que no vienen en el menú. me gustaría hubiera una opción para compartir o de la mitad o menos de las porciones para poder disfrutarlo mejor, Yo al 4to plato ya no podía, así que lo que siguió ya no lo pude disfrutar tanto, me apena desperdiciar, pero prácticamente ya los últimos platos fueron probar y dejar. El restaurante es muy bonito, la ambientación también, Los baños hermosos. El personal muy amable y respondieron correctamente todas nuestras dudas. Fue una gran experiencia, pero por fa , opción de porciones más pequeñas para los que no comemos tanto , que podamos disfrutar igual la experiencia. Muchas gracias

The food taste really good, but it was nothing out of the ordinary, second time here, first time impressed more. The place is to cold, and you come in, insummer clothes. To much a/c. Don't like that they put service charge on and then also ask for tips.

Had a delightful dining experience at Ha’. The food was exceptional, showcasing authentic Mexican flavors with a modern twist. The ambiance, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner. Super menu knowledgeable and friendly staff and impeccable service made the evening truly memorable. Highly recommended!

First and foremost Rolando was the best server! He explained everything perfectly and was just exceptional when it came to timing and transitions. He was the absolute best! The food was good— we travel a lot, but we did think it was a tad heavy on the raw meat side, which can get tedious after too many courses. The duck was also pretty gamey. Dessert was fantastic and the wine pairings were very good.

Dinner was absolutely amazing! Definitely one of my best experiences yet! Please note that the dress code is enforced. The only sticking point was that Chef Carlos Gaytán is not there very often, nonetheless the chef and staff for the night provided a 5 star service. I would definitely return!

We had the 7-course tasting menu. It started with a welcome cocktail and foie gras macaron appetizers. The wine pairing was excellent - I however highly recommend having a designated driver or staying at the hotel. The mushroom Beignet and the Wagyu tartare were amazing. The service was excellent and the ambiance was great. We left full and satisfied.

Hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Went to celebrate my wedding anniversary with husband and 19 year old son. We were blown away with the service, ambiance and food. Each dish was beautifully created and delicious. We all savored each bite. We actually left full at the end of the dinner service. After all it was a 9 course meal with wine pairing. Thank you for a memorable dinner and will be definitely be coming back! Worth every penny!

Impeccable food and service. Unique and interesting flavor combinations with perfectly paired drinks. The attention to detail was fantastic and the service went above and beyond (this was a birthday dinner and they went overboard making it awesome and delicious). Highly recommended.

La comida es excelente y es una muy buena opción para una cena especial. Lastima que en mi experiencia pague la cena por adelantado por medio de un link y envíe el comprobante más de 24 horas antes. Al final de la cena le querían cobrar a mis invitados y los tuvieron esperando mas de 40 minutos en lo que revisaban. Esto no es digno de un restaurante de esta categoría

This is by far the most elegant restaurant I have been to ever. The food was fantastic and the service was impeccable. The way the chef combines flavors surprised us everytime and we highly recomend Há for the food, the service, and the experience. We were staying at Hotel Xcaret Arte and made reservations on open table months in advance. All charges were able to be put on our room. They give option for mocktail pairing or wine. We did wine and were a little tipsy after since it's 3 sips per glass and you get about 7 to 8. The pairings were perfect, but if alcohol affects you, do the mock tail.

This is our second time here and both times were absolutely outstanding! Ha (located at hotel Xcaret Mexico) and Topolobampo (located in downtown Chicago) offer the finest culinary experiences you’ll ever find.

Incredible plate presentation and the food was just as good as the presentation! Service was very friendly, professional and informative if you wanted. Portion size not to large. Very interesting combination of flavors in each dish.
