This is my third time being in this restaurant chain. First two in NYC and this one in Orlando. I feel like their quality control is so high that you can not distinguish based on locations. It was a Mother’s Day so I had to wait until 9:15 to sit, but it was all worth it. I booked a table for two but the other one just couldn’t make it otherwise I could have tried more bbq items. Highly recommend duck chest and Kobe if you want more juice in your meat. One last thing is to shot out to the sweetest waiter there. He was always looking for if you need anything. The thing I appreciated the most is even beyond that: after three big beers and a bottle of sake, he was very politely and professionally asking if drove. Knowing where he was going, I told him I Uber so no worries at all but thank you so much for thinking about it. In conclusion, just go(remember book first), eat, and drink!

Very delicious everything was so flavorful! It was only one server for the area I was in but she still made sure everyone had what they needed especially on a busy Friday. Great experience will definitely be back.

Haven't been here for awhile, but we used to eat here once a month for the many years. Portion has gotten smaller for higher price, flavors and service aren't as good either. I think it was a better restaurant before they added the “all you can eat” option.

Been here many times and every time it is amazing, food is great, service is fast and excellent. I would suggest always a a reservation because it is usually always busy.

It was ok…it took more than 10 minutes to get out 2 glass of wine. But the meal was ok. The takoyaki was a small piece of octopus couldn’t even tell it has some on it .

The food was okay. Had Gyu-Kaku in Japan, went in having high expectations. Service was a little laggy, it was just so busy.

Normally we seat with Kevin which is an excellent server, but even though he wasn’t there we seat with Dina Which was excellent. She may forget one drink once in awhile but she make sure to apologise and get you your drink next time around.

This is a regular dining experience for us and we love it! The spicy cucumbers are one of my favorite foods and even the kids like cooking their own meat. So many choices so you can even please the pickiest of eaters!

It was Valentine’s Day so they were busy…. But…. We arrived at 5:15 for our reservation. Server didn’t acknowledge us for a good 10-15 minutes. Once we ordered we waited another 15 minutes just to get our salads and apps. Other tables that were sat after us were on to entrees before we even got salad. Our kids meal came out prior to salads. Server seemed to disappear and pay more attention to all the other tables. Food was great, service wasn’t there.

Everything was amazing, the food the service! We had the Meat Lovers with all the upgrades, it was all good! We didn't even need any sauces for the meats everything was seasoned perfect, great choice for a birthday dinner.

Lots of options to choose from in regards to prices and food choices. The prices match the quality of food received. Great customer service from our server and staff. Clean bathrooms.

For once, very disappointing. Service way too slow. Our rice bowls were cold when they brought the meat.

We could have a little more attention to the table. Took a long time to get fork, meat, drinks…it seemed at time we were forgotten. Over all it was a good experience and nothing that would not keep me from going back.

We love it here! We come to Gy-Kaku at least twice a month and it is good every single day time. Since one element is you get to cook it yourself you get to go at your own pace and the food is always hot. Everything we’ve ever tried has been delicious and the service is great. We will continue to go back!

My family and I had an amazing time! Kevin was our server and we notified him that one person in our party was gluten free due to celiac and he took it very serious. He notified her after we all ordered what she could and couldn't eat and always made sure she had plenty to eat. We had a blast and hope to get Kevin again!

This was our first time here. The service was great. We ordered the meat lovers course. We did upgrade some of the cuts of beef, and it was worth it. And you definitely want the fried rice. You will not leave hungry. We will definitely be back.

First time visit. Food was good. Staff are friendly and nice. But we had to standby and wait over 20 min even we had reservation. We cannot eat big meals and didn’t order all-you-can-eat menu. Potion was small for the individual prices. Over all good for Yakiniku experience for person who never had.

We always like to come in this location. The service was great. Our server Cindy was on top everything. The food is always good and the price is affordable especially lunch time.

It was my birthday with my family. I picked the restaurant because it reminded me of my time in Japan. The food was amazing. The waiter was awesome. Great place good value. We will be back again
