I took my family here many times before whenever we feel like having a bbq. My husband asked me to look for a new Korean bbq place to try prior to this evening reservation here. However, I decided to come here again since it’s located relatively close to us. I should’ve taken his advice. Last night dinner food and service were subpar. I immediately noticed the difference as we were led to our table. I can smell this foul bathroom odor that permeated in the air. The bathroom was just a few feet from our table. Once we were seated, we ordered our food and drinks. Our water glasses were never refilled. The kalbi, shrimps, various beef and side dishes were nice. The spicy pork was chewy, salty and extremely spicy. I couldn’t finished it. The garlic noodle was stale and remained untouched after I took one bite. It got worse toward the end when they brought our ice cream for our dessert. The vanilla one was quite tasty and the green tea was very disappointing. There was a piece of long hair enveloping in the bowl. We told the server and there was no formal apology from the restaurant management team. I was disappointed with the overall service and food this time. I will not return here anymore.

Great barbecue location. Delicious meats, nice variety, and a fun experience to cook everything in front of your own eyes, and dictate yourself how you want everything cooked. One of my favorite restaurants and a go to anytime I want some good meat. Highly recommend

Bad service. Took the waiter almost 20-25 mins just to come see me after that sat me down. Mind you I was the only one in the restaurant at that time.

Visited twice recently and both experiences were bad due to remarkably poor service. Very surprising for Guy Kaku considering how many other outlets I’ve visited.
