Service was great! All of the meat cuts were good, nothing too fatty or bottom of the barrel. The miso soup was a bit salty, besides that, everything was great! I recommend the salad, it's amazing.

Food was good as always; and service was exceptional. Noise level was a little higher than we like. We always get there ahead of the crowd in order to be able to hear each other talk. On a happy note, the restaurant is now selling the salad dressing in a bottle 😊

Our server was not the best for today. We always go to this place and the service is always amazing except for today. Didn’t even refill our water.

We had reservations and still waited 15-20 minutes to be seated. Once we were sat within 5 minutes we were asked for our order. Lucky that as we waited to be seated we looked at the menu. Once we place our order an new waiter came to take our order not knowing we had already been helped. We had 5 different wait staff and though that might sound good it really wasn’t. I felt they were all confused and I feel that due to that we were shorted on our meat selections. I felt rushed and everything thrown at us so that we can hurry up and have our table turned around for another service.

We actually always have a great time at Gyu Kaku. Whether we are going to the Torrance location, or to West LA. The food is great, and the service is awesome.

The last few times I have been to this location, I have experienced less than satisfactory service, and food was burned. Yesterday, you guys stepped it up! From the service from the door to the table, EXCELLENT! I WILL BE BACK SOON
