Guy Kaku Japanese BBQ offers a decent dining experience but falls short in a few areas. The restaurant was not as clean as expected, and it was quite crowded and loud, making it hard to enjoy a meal in peace. The food and service were just okay, not exceptional but not terrible either. It's a place worth trying if you don't mind a bustling atmosphere. Three stars.

Our server had a very bad attitude and was rude , grill was not oiled so meat stuck to it , garlic noodles tasted horrible since they changed the noodle type , overall bad experience

It was surprising that their prices has gone up quite a bit. Right now, their prices are $50, $60, $70. These are pretty steep when you compare with the other AYCEs out there. Their meats are good and have good selections; but we did notice the crowd is not as crazy as before... which is most likely due to their new price hikes.

It's literally what's to be expected from this type of place. Food is average, bar is below average, ambiance is average... everything is average. The only bad part is you need your entire party to be seated. It wastes a substantial amount of time. I could be seated and ordered and have my party arrive and clear a table in less time than their way. Like, only go here if you have a couple hours for average food
