I went here for my birthday with my friend. The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. The food was also really good and we enjoyed every minute of it. I would definitely take my friends there again.

This was the first I dined at this location and was extremely impressed. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and plan to come back to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday.

Overall, this place is good mainly because the quality of the meat is great. The portions aren’t huge but it is very filling. I rated it 3 stars because the place isn’t the cleanest and the service could be better. The reason being that when we got sat it took our server about 15 minutes to come to our table. We were confused because everyone else had a server helping the and we didn’t. It good but could be better.

Terrible Service. Went on Valentine’s Day. We waited for the food to be brought to the table, more than we ate. Mind you, I paid for the Supreme option for two people. The table was dirty and sticky with sauce upon arrival. I will not be returning & I recommend you avoid this place.

Love eating here. The food is always great Obviously the meats is what brings us here but especially the guys-kaku salad and garlic noodles are a must try. Service was average today; we usually get better service here.

Service was EXTREMELY SLOW. We got seated around 5:15 pm at the way way back where we had to flag down someone to order after waiting for a long time for someone to notice us, by 6:30pm we only got 1 round of meat. We ordered another round around 6:00 or a bit earlier because we had movie tickets for 7pm and still nothing by 6:30. Our waiters finally realized we were waiting and our second meat round finally came at 6:40. We had to basically hurriedly cook and inhale the food to make it to our movie. Food was good yes but service could be much better. I didn’t realize I needed to allot about three hrs to eat here.

I made a reservation ahead of time and they made several attempts to reach me and let me know they didn’t have AYCE or courses, which I really appreciated. Our server was amazing; I wish I could remember his name. Either way, he was super attentive, meats came out fast, and he was up front about what they did and didn’t have. We ordered a couple ramen that weren’t anything special, but highly recommend the garlic noodles. Would definitely go back for the bbq and the garlic noodles.

It was great for friends gathering. Food was very good and you got to taste different meats. I will visit again.

We always eat here at least once a month. Its a little expensive but very tasty. This visit unfortunately was not so great. The timing of when they bring your dishes needs work. Our noodle dish came out first. But everything else took almost 10 minutes. We were just about ready to complain when the meats finally came to the table. Our noodles were cold and dry by them time our meat was ready to eat. We eat early so the place wasnt that busy yet so there is no reason why the dishes took so long to come to the table.

Service can be a little slow, there was only one server in an area when it was packed with people, other than that everything was good.

Cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable the table and sills of the booths were full of dust. Table and grill had reminents of old meat from previous diners. Worst part of the meal was that there was a dead bug in the rice. The restaurant gave us a discount but would not go back due to the dirty conditions.
