Extremely poor and slow service quality. Hostess was overwhelmed with arrivals, even though the restaurant was half empty and tables were not occupied. Waitstaff was very slow, not hospitable, not interested, not paying attention when taking the orders. Main course side dishes arrived first, then long wait, then the main course and after another long wait the cold starters arrived. Total mess. 2/10. Sorry!

We had terrible service. The tables and chairs were sticky and greasy. Just server was inattentive and so slow. They ran out of forks. We will not be going back. Sad thing was the food was actually good.

This is my first time going at this particular location. We had a large group and the staff was great. Per usual, the food did not disappoint. I would definitely go back again.

We have been here before and had a better time. The meat was not enough for our party of 5 and we bought it for 6 people. In spite of requesting that the food not come at the same time it all did and the table was too full. My grill grate had allot of grilling debris on it and no oil our meat stuck to the grill and we could not eat it. I requested our waitress (when we could find her) to fix it and she finally did but it was too late. Most of the other foods were okay...but the 'ice cream" did not taste like real ice cream. All in all we were very disappointed and will not be back. The grill should have been in perfect condition before our party was seated. Not happy........place not taking care of things.
