We had a fantastic dinner at Gyu-Kaku celebrating a birthday. Since it was our first time dining there, our server explained the various options on the menu and made excellent recommendations. Based on those, we chose one of the preset group meals. Food was plentiful and delicious. Despite being told that the table would only be ours for 1:45, service was not rushed at all. A great experience overall. We will be back!

I absolutely love this please, I have been to many locations but this one is 5 stars in everything. Cold beer, AMAZING waiters that are always very attentive. Food quality. Like I said 5 out of 5 great. Can’t wait to be back. 🍜🥘🥘🧆🥟🍴🍢🥢

We had a wonderful birthday dinner here! The food was delicious & the service was friendly and fast. Drinks were good aswell, I really recommend the middle option for AYCE it’s the perfect balance worth the cost!

My girlfriend never had Japanese BBQ before so I thought this would be the place to visit. Enlin was our server and he reviewed the menu with us, service was fast and timely. Food was as expected, great! Would definitely come back with my girlfriend next time!

Overall great experience. They were very accommodating and responsive to any changes in the reservation. The food was overall delicious, and the service was top even though they were packed. Would definitely dine here again.

Great service, wait staff was remarkable, it was our first time there and they took the time to walk us through the menu and procedures. Food was delicious, will definitively returning.

I had a reservation, but my dining experience was awful. I love Gyu-Kaku I’ve dined at the other locations in the city and I’ve had great experiences..10/10 but unfortunately I have to say that this location did not meet my expectations. I ordered like 9 types of steaks with sides and drinks and the food was good. I understand that everybody wants to go home but rushing your guests and telling them to give you the sauces because you guys are closing and are trying to clean up while I just explained that i’m using them still, is disrespectful. Coming from someone who works at a restaurant, your guests are supposed to come first, and the time that the restaurant closes is not the time that the employees leave. I will never come here again…
