Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar offers guests a taste of Fieri’s signature cuisine. It features bold flavors and unique twists on traditional dishes. Open Sunday through Thursday 10am until 11pm. Friday and Saturday from 10am until 11:30pm. The restaurant offers a delicious food menu including an extensive variety of burgers, wings, tacos, small bites and shareable food items.

The 6,500 square-foot space boasts a large outdoor patio and dining area with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. The cooking space features a metal, tile, and wood theme that closely resembles Fieri’s kitchen at home. Fieri’s tattoos are also incorporated as part of the design elements throughout the restaurant and bar, including coasters, napkins and dishware, as well as memorabilia from his alma mater, UNLV.

    No better than your average family-style restaurant, nothing special about this place. Noisy, crowded, and worst of all, the food is way over prepared. Too much salt, too much fat. Their “specialy” dishes are mediocre. Fries were cold, pasta was overcooked, Cajun sauce was way too salty. Service was fast and friendly, management was kind in offering to take the salty overcooked pasta off our bill. But for nearly $200 for a party of four (without cocktails), this restaurant needs a reboot. New chef, lower prices, redesign of the restaurant…that’d be a good start Sorry, Guy!

    Not worth the money. Was there just over a year ago and had a much better experience. We had burgers and they were ok, but the onion jam is too sweet. Fries have a weird BBQ seasoning on them, does not do anything for the taste. Disappointed with our visit. The service was ok, but the server circled the tip suggestions on our bill like they expected at least the minimum 18%. I don’t mind leaving a tip for good service, but it’s not something they should be expecting or pointing out that we should give. This resulted in me leaving a much lower tip.

    We love Guy Fieri’s and go there often. The burgers and sandwiches are fantastic.

    Food was decent but nowhere as good as on the cruise ships, so we were pretty disappointed. Service sucked!! Waited almost an hour just for someone to get our drink order even with reservations
