Welcome to Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho, or the Drunken Donkey in its literal translation, where no detail is overlooked. Voted 2020 Best Mexican Food and Best Margarita in Laughlin, enjoy Mexican dishes familiar to those north of the border – tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas and more – but created in a traditional style familiar to folks south of the border, and then blended with upscale touches and flair from what you would expect from Guy Fieri.

Start with a signature Cadillac Margarita or Pineapple Habanero Margarita and some trash can nachos.

Save room for dessert with churros that are light as air, yet crisp to perfection and fried ice-cream.

Worst experience. I don’t mind putting down a cc to reserve a table, but when I have to wait 10 minutes to be seated because my table is not ready? Cmon. Then at 6:10, we were served chips and water. At 6:28, our server FINALLY acknowledges us and asks us what we would like to eat/drink. By 6:52pm, we still had the same water, 3rd round of chips and no other drinks or food. Once 7pm came, we got up and offered to pay for our water and chips so we could leave, with the waitress commenting that “I was just about to get your drinks”. No thanks. Management was contacted, all we got was an apology. Nothing of any sorts hinting that we can come back another time, a voucher or anything else for genuinely wasting my family’s time. Stay away as all of the negative reviews came up true. Oh, and they are closed Tuesdays as well, which is not mentioned on the website, menu, or any social media page. But they will be happy to take your reservation so that when you don’t show up, they will charge you $10 a person.

Service and atmosphere were great. We had the carna asada street tacos and they were excellent. The only complaint I could commit on is that the chips should have been warm, not cold.

Really delicious food, as good as any I have had north of the border! Excellent service. The only downside was the next table who were so unnecessarily loud, it did sadly take the edge off the evening! What a shame! Not your fault, the food and service were great!

We always get the Trash can Nachos and we were not disappointed! Yummy!

We were seated right on time for our reservation, Laura brought chips and salsa. Laura is an absolute ray of sunshine! She also refilled drinks. Karissa served and she was also helpful. The meal was flavorful and the ambiance was casual and pleasant. Overall a good experience.

Very good food hot and got to our table quickly. Our service was great thank you to Don who encouraged us to try the Frozen Horchata Colada it was wonderful

Nice spot for a quick filling meal. Our server Don was fabulous. Food arrived hot. My chicken burrito had parts that were a little overdone. Everything else was great the beans are fantastic!!!

Food was very good, drink selection was refreshingly different had a couple drinks I haven’t seen before. Overall a really good experience!

Made the reservation for 3, since it was 2 adults and a toddler. The restaurant was not busy, yet we were seated at a small table for 2 with a high chair. The table rocked every time someone touched it. Was very hard to keep toddler from touching hot plates and other items on the table. I felt that it was a little pricey paying $5 for a cup of apple juice for the toddler. Food was very good and the waitress was super friendly.
