Our bbq is seasoned overnight and then smoked low and slow for up to 14 hours. We use whole pecan logs in order to create our signature smoke flavor. We're committed to serving the freshest, best possible product and smoke only enough bbq for the day. We apologize if there are times that we may run out. I cant believe I've never been here before. So glad we picked Gus' to celebrate my son's birthday. Food was great & so was the service.

Great food. Great server. Bad service through the door. Had a reservation, got their 10 mins early. They said “we’ll seat you closer to your reservation.” 30 mins later I had to remind them we were still waiting as tables for 2 were being filled by non-reservations and also after seeing a “friend of a server” get seated before us when he saw them waiting. Almost asked for the manager. Either they forgot us and didn’t want to admit it, or were really bad hostesses, because as soon as I said something they said, “oh, we are seating you right now.” Bad for business…

We had a great experience at Gus's. Great service, great food and our server was training someone who was also great. They were efficient and attentive, our food order was totally correct and they were very respective of the fact we wanted to linger and visit as we were celebrating my grandson's last day of school.

Food is always excellent. Chicken sandwich was succulent. Ribs were meaty and tons of sauce. Only drawback was it took a while to get seated with a reservation, but everything else, including the service, was excellent.

I’ve had the pleasure of eating here multiple times. The cornbread is to die for. I also love that their sauce is more vinegar based. Definitely worth the try if you haven’t experienced the food and service.

Came here really wanting to try the beef ribs but turns out they got rid of the beef ribs!! Sad! My boyfriend got the platter with multiple options including baby back ribs, sausage link and beef brisket. Beef brisket was good but it had sudden burst of salt in random bites, don’t know why it was so salty in certain pieces. Babyback ribs were nothing special. Best thing for me was actually the creamed corn, really delicious. However the bbq was certainly not the star of the show unfortunately.
