Our bbq is seasoned overnight and then smoked low and slow for up to 14 hours. We use whole pecan logs in order to create our signature smoke flavor. We're committed to serving the freshest, best possible product and smoke only enough bbq for the day. We apologize if there are times that we may run out. I introduced a friend to Gus's yesterday and without fail, it's one of her new favorites. I can always count on the food and the service, so it stays at the top of my list. Great job!

Going to Gus us always a special treat. The BBQ ambiance (scent) floats in the air as you exit your car from the parking lot and walk to the restaurant. The menu is extensive, the serving large, and the menu can accommodate a vegetarian (if you like BBQ salmon). It's always all good at Gus's BBQ

Came her for Mother's Day with a reservation. We got seated on-time and our orders went in on-time. However, the food did not arrive for 45 min. We had to inquire as to why. No Information was offered to us. When I finally flagged someone down, I was told that the kitchen is prioritizing take-out orders!!! So the reservation is only to get seated, but not to get served. Sad :(

First time dining here with my wife. The food was absolutely amazing. The price is reasonable and the service was good. We just had to wait for our table, even though we made a reservation and we were there on time. Apparently it was still being prepared. When we sat down, the table wasn’t wiped down and it didn’t have silverware or napkins. So that part should definitely be improved. Overall, I would recommend this place and we’ll definitely be back.

Service was great!! Food was ok. My steak salad was not good. I had it before and it was wonderful. This time the meat was rare. I thought it was going to walk off my plate. I’m always too embarrassed to say anything so I ate as much as I could. Other than that had a nice time.
