Enjoyed the guac & chips but thats it. Second visit here, decided to order the dishes I enjoyed before which was the baja fish taco, sweet potato, and pork belly taco. Pork belly taco is no longer available. Fish taco was a bit salty and the sweet potato taco was hard to finish. Didnt enjoy the mushroom quesadilla... too oily. Ordered hot sauce from two different waiters and found out during the second time that they charge for it which I agreed to. Never got the hot sauce and the server didnt even mention it when we got the check.

My wife and I drove 50 miles to this restaurant. No free parking lot to be found, so we parked across the street at $5 per hour lot. I read an article that stated that they had the best tacos in California, not true. Taco trucks are better at half the cost. Nothing against the restaurant, just not worth driving 100 miles round trip for an OK restaurant.

Best tacos ever seriously! You have to try this place, the chicken and steak tacos melt in your mouth and they weren’t kidding it really is the best f’ing margarita!

A little surprising that on Valentine’s Day the restaurant seemed be be short staff with front of house staff. There was one lovely waitress for the entire floor . My reservation was for 7pm and the one waitress was running all over . There was some other staff clearing tables and bringing food and drinks out but when I wanted to order more food or drink it took to long to get out waitress attention. I know the establishment had a special event outside so that may have contributed to the issue . Food, which is normally fantastic, was not as gold as before. The ceviche tostada was a little bland. My fish tacos were over fried . The mushroom quesadilla had very little mushrooms. Drinks were fantastic . I’d probably still come back as the restaurant is one of my favorites in the Arts District.

I had never been here before, and really enjoyed the tacos not only were the different dishes unique but they also had large plates as daily specials that were great for a group. I took some friends from another country for their first tacos in Los Angeles and they truly enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be back.

Visited Guerrilla Tacos recently with my wife and daughter, and our experience truly lived up to the restaurant's reputation. The oysters were a standout, offering a fresh and zesty flavor that was exceptionally well-prepared. Moving on to the tacos, each one was a delight, with thoughtful seasoning and expertly cooked ingredients that spoke to the restaurant's past Michelin recognition. It was an enjoyable dining experience from beginning to end. For anyone in search of high-quality tacos and seafood, Guerrilla Tacos comes highly recommended.

Tacos tasted great. Outside seating could have more TLC. Also pacing the tacos so that they don't all come at once would keep the food warm.

Went there on a double date with my sister and brother in law on a Sat evening. It was not crowded and service was good. We were VERY impressed with the food! Every taco we had was delicious! The group fave was the pork belly and the baja fish. I personally had the sweet potato and a seasonal sunchoke (which I had never heard of) and both were really good, great mix of flavors. We also had chips amd guac which was good as well. We asked for salsa as well. We got 2 kind amd both were tasty. We would definitely return!! Oh and if you like smoky mezcal drinks, the pansy dropper was really good!

We love Guerilla Tacos! A longtime Los Angeles favorite, we plan to go back as often as we can. The tacos are so inventive and delicious.

I brought friends to this restaurant for the first time, and we were promptly seated and our drink orders taken. Then he returned to take our food order, but did not ask if we needed drink refills, we had to track him down again for this. Twice. We ordered appetizers to share then entrees, one entree arrived before the starters, then the others quickly followed so the delivery of food was very scattered. I had to ask for side plates to share the appetizers. I had to ask for cocktail refills and at the end of the meal I had to flag down a waiter for desserts. It was a Saturday night so not sure why the service was so off. Food was good, fine. But not sure I would come back as I was hoping for a more relaxing dining experience.

We made a reservation on open table and wanted to share with our boys that were both in town for the holidays, drove down and the restaurant was closed. Very disappointed.

OUTSTANDING. Our server, Briana, was excellent and all the food was fantastic. Best tacos ever and superb drinks. Beautiful environment too.

Delicious. Wish we lived closer, we’d be in allll the time. Service was exceptional as well and we loved the ambiance. Zero complaints!

I've been to Guerrilla Tacos a bunch of times, and it's always fantastic. Pretty much their entire menu is delicious, and it changes every few months. The staff is always very friendly, personable, and informative. Whether inside or outside, the atmosphere is chill, and I often end up having an enjoyable conversation or interaction with other people eating there. This is one of my favorite places in LA; don't skip it.

Taco Tuesday for the win! Got the sweet potato taco and mushroom Al pastor taco off the Taco Tuesday menu. Beautiful gourmet tacos that are actually GOOD! I also ordered the special of they day - carnitas tostada (not pictured), which was my favorite! The chips and guac was also delish! Def recommend trying this place!

The food was amazing - the popcorn fish, pork belly & asada tacos were all SO good! Drinks and just overall service were all amazing. Overall just a really fun experience for our whole group, we loved it. We’ve come a few times and it’s always been awesome.

Food was good, but I felt pricey. They didn’t have salsa and chips on the menu. We asked and the first person didn’t understand. Finally got some ordered, but was shocked by the price for it. It was food for a one time experience.

Guerilla tacos is THE BEST. It’s a whole new world of Mexican food, elevated to the fanciest and tastiest (but somehow still not at all pretentious). We took a friend last night and she was totally skeptical of my praise until her first bite. Service was good, and Peter at the entrance was super helpful and fun. Overall it was a great night, as always, and we’re already planning our next visit. Happy Anniversary!!!

Six of us dined at Guerrilla Tacos on Saturday evening before a concert, and we had a terrific experience. We ordered all the specials, which were completely delicious, as well as a few tried-and-true favorites (guac, citrus salad, mushroom and sweet potato tacos), and sampled all three desserts--everything was excellent! In addition, our servers were really warm and friendly, and anticipated our needs before we even asked. We had a really great experience overall, and we'll definitely be back with more friends who need to join us in making dining here a habit.

Went there for dinner on 7/8 and the waitress was ok but curt when my 15yo niece asked about a queso dish they had during a prior dining experience and she stated she “hadn’t mentioned it in the specials and it’s not on the menu so no they don’t have it.” Ok. That could’ve been put another way that was more pleasant. My summer nights Oaxaca drink was pure alcohol and didn’t have any sweet favor to it and was just bitter. I loved the fish tacos and the sweet potato taco. They were delicious! The oysters special had lots of sauce that over powered the tiny oysters and was just ok for half dozen that was over $30. I guess the thing that was most puzzling was the fact that we got charged 4% by the restaurant for the employees’ health insurance. It does state that on the menu. The vibe there is always great!
