Group Therapy is Hotel ZaZa’s sky lounge and restaurant located on level seven overlooking the hotel pool and Republic Square Park. The journey to every venue at ZaZa is a joyful adventure with unique architectural features, artwork and one of a kind treasures at every turn. Guests can access Group Therapy by the elevators in the hotel lobby.

Cozy booths surround the bar and comfortable sofas and lounge seating give the room a stylish supper club ambiance that extends to the covered terrace and pool. Group Therapy also includes a library room with lighted book shelves and an ornate marble fireplace giving the room a theatrical flare that is similar to a Saturday Night Live set. This space known as “Stage Fright” overlooks the entire lounge and is the perfect venue for live entertainment or seated dinners.

The ambiance was nice, great lighting, view and set up. The food (once it finally arrived) was very tasty. The baked goat cheese was amazing. The deviled eggs were okay, they sounded better on the menu. The avocado stack was delicious. The smoked salmon bagel was pretty standard, nothing to write home about. My daughter loved the spicy chicken sandwich. However, the service was awful, we didn't see our server for long periods of time and the restaurant wasn't that busy. One of our items never came and she didn't even know because she never came back. We finally flagged someone down and he brought us the item. If it weren't for the speed or the attention of the server, I would rank it a 5 based on food and atmosphere.

Great Ambience! I had ordered Brunch tostadas with no sausage and over done egg. First time came with sausage, second time with runny eggs. Asked for fresh coffee in a fresh cup to the person serving coffee and it never came. Food was mediocre.

Went for mother's day brunch. They sat us (2 adults + 1 small child) at a tiny patio table. Thankfully moved to a bigger table, but food and drinks took a very long time to come out.

Our table was an temporary high top table right by the pool and very wobbly. They attempted to fix it but couldn't after a minute and just said there was nothing they could do and couldn't move us (even though there were many open tables that never filled up while we were there). Service was incredibly slow and the food was average at best. The french toast was well undercooked. And our party of 6 had 20% automatic gratuity added, which is why they don't care I guess. Definitely don't recommend going here.

First time here, would go again if ever back in Austin to have the blue crab linguini. It was so good! The service was impeccable, too. Highly recommend.

We were so looking forward to eating here to celebrate a friend's birthday - Service was the main issue - waited long time to even get water, food took very long time as well, then server needed to go back to get silverware, then another trip to get napkins, then water and tea glasses sat empty for way too long until we asked for refills...management(?) was generous to comp our entire lunch ( which we greatly appreciated), We did get reports that due to other large parties our service was taking a while.... we just didn't expect it to take as long as it did. Other than these issues - the food was very good and we enjoyed the environment very much. We will definitely return to give it another try -

I had a very nice time at Group therapy. The food was great quality, the views and the service was impeccable. I would definitely come back there again.

Fun, popular place with both indoor, poolside, and semi private dining areas. Food as expected, but fries are exceptional.
