Made a reservation on open table for 3pm but when we arrived the lady at the counter told me it’s going to be an hour and a half wait. After I told her I made a reservation she doubled down and claimed there “is a glitch in the system” and tried to basically insinuate that my reservation was null and void. It wasn’t until repeatedly pushing back on this claim that she finally seated us. Very terrible experience. The food is was cool but the portion size wasn’t worth prices

After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if I wanted to try this spot out, but I’m so glad that I did. The service was great (thanks Mya) and the food was delicious. I made a reservation. We sat at 1 and received our food at 2. We were okay with that, because everything was freshly cooked and piping hot when it was served. I prefer quality, so we were okay with the wait. We were visiting from New Jersey and met my brother there who lives near this location. He had not been there but he also enjoyed the food and plans to return.

Reservation made for Party of 6 and was split on arrival due to availability- Drink orders taken with all beverages provided except a cup of coffee. Sat at our tables for over an hour with no updates or further communication from our waitstaff. Two inquiries were made regarding the status of our order with a response from a staff member (not our waitstaff) that they were still waiting on 2 of our orders. Due to poor customer service we requested our bill with our drinks and 1 entree brought to our table mistakenly. The bill, was paid and we left. Our initial waiter proceeded to open the door of the restaurant and yelled out to us “ Thanks for not leaving a tip, Have a great rest of your day” Now that put the icing on the cake and is a prime example of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE at this establishment. FYI there were 2 Apologies made by the hostess and another employee with no resolution.

Food wasn’t all the good but will be coming back again. Customers was horrible lady forgot to put in my order. Customer service is everything please take care of you’re customer

Our food was excellent. Our server was good. We were seated at 11:00 AM however we got our food at 12:30PM . Never eaten at a place that was this SLOW.

The food was everything! Grits 🤗 Fish🔥Cinnamon Roll pancakes😳 Chix n waffles😮‍💨.. Hell, the pancakes look so fluffy and enriched when they come out! I knew they werent dry as soon as I seen them! Lol. My family definitely enjoyed… Food was so good, I really didnt even want to talk. Forgot my waiters name actually. Lol
