Our 150-seat award-winning Aubergine Grille is a show kitchen restaurant, where you can watch our culinary masters prepare your meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

With oversize windows that command views of the majestic snow-crested Rainbow and Sproat Mountains, seating in the Aubergine Grille spills over to to our patio, where we can accommodate an additional 70 seats in the summer months.

Our menus change seasonally and for dinner, the entrees are perfectly paired with a bottle of wine from our extensive wine list, which Wine Spectator Magazine has recognized with their "Award of Excellence" for the past six years.

Open every day for breakfast and Wednesday - Sunday for dinner, our Executive Chef, Brad Cumming, also creates special dinner events throughout the year, so visit this page regularly for updates.

                                                                      It’s not new news that Whistler venues can get away with charging more for mediocre dishes, and this restaurant proves just that. Extremely underwhelming, poorly flavoured/designed dishes (bolognese, surf & turf, cooked chicken) for high prices. First and last time dining here. An extra star for decent service.

                                                                      Overall ok experience, but not great value. Quite slow on food service, but waitress was lovely. The steak quality was not great, and highly overpriced for quality. Portions were small for the price.

                                                                      I was surprised that the restaurant was open the lobby area, no noise buffer this definitely changes the atmosphere away from fine dining. My Lamb shank was overdone and lacked flavour. My Tuna tataki was very good as was my wife’s Steelhead.

                                                                      We were very pleasantly surprised having booked at the last minute and seen bad reviews. I can only assume that person was having a bad day as the service was impeccable and the food was amazing! The only slight negative was a group of kids (u10) coming in very noisy but we were amost about to leave anyway.
