Came because of an episode of bar rescue that was filmed in banning, seen y’all restaurant on the show looked very unique but was a lot smaller than expected very great food an drinks will definitely return. Staff didn’t seem very enthusiastic about their job beside one young fellow who delivered our food.

Wait staff was excellent and on point for our 6 party dinner!!! We had 3 birthdays and hey accommodated us beautifully and swiftly. Exceptional service

As always, our dinner date was everything we expected and more. We were seated upstairs on a high top for two. Josh, the bartender/server, was our server this particular evening and he was very professional yet made us feel right at home. His recommendations were spot on and our meals were cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable-just like a well oiled machine. He also corked our bottle of vino and took the liberty to decant our bottle for us as it was a well aged wine and may have had some sediment in it. Just that extra step that shouldn’t go unnoticed. A much needed, well overdue and definitely very appreciated date night that you lifted to another level for us. Thank you Josh and your team that helped make the experience a wonderful and relaxing evening for my hubby and I. We will be back for another date night and we plan on enjoying the wine wed as well!

Our waitress seemed new and was not optimal in efficiency or knowing who was doing what. Several times another waiter came over to help and then she followed behind with the same thing instead of checking with him. She also spilled the sundae she brought out for my son's bday and had to go get another one.

The food is great and the women work working hard in the restaurant taking care of a large, very pleasant group and a few other tables. The male manager, however, spent the majority of the time hiding in the pass shelf or bar area. Didn't come out to assist when all the food seemed to drop at once. Saw him once deliver a salad to a table and never saw him again. Regardless, the cocktails are delicious as is the food and always perfectly prepared. Worth the splurge every time! The ladies serving that night were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and just plain lovely! Made for an enjoyable evening.

First time eating here. We loved the look and feel of the restaurant, which was about 60% full when we arrived for our 830pm reservation. We were seated upstairs and offered a couple of different options for seating, which was nice. The SA greeted up soon thereafter and noted the server would be with us shortly. The server then briefly passed by, stating he would be with us shortly. We didn't see him again until he gave us the check; the SA handled our entire order (she was good). Food was good, including the appetizer, ribeye, and scallops. We would try Greensleeves again, but service was definitely an issue (or staffing in general?).

Food was great service wasn’t the best. Felt like it should’ve been better. I go all the time but this time the service wasn’t appreciated.

Initially our server was very attentive to our needs at the beginning of dinner, but once her friends/regulars came and sat at the table next to us, they then apparently took up all of her time so much so that she never checked in to see if we were doing fine nor did her partner. We sat there for a good 10-15 minutes with no one refilling our water and or wine and then instead of boxing up our leftovers she just handed us boxes and then proceeded to go to the next table to chitchat about their weekend plans and feeding the baby and such. Then we sat there with empty dirty plates for a good long while as she was too busy talking. This is the first time we’ve ever had issues here as well. I think we’ve been here 5-6 times in the past 2 years.
