The Green Parrot Villa transforms into a restaurant Sundays. We offer a vibrant setting for an all-you-can-eat Champagne Sunday brunch. Come enjoy the sounds and foods of Mexico backed by our LIVE mariachi. The mariachi band performs at various settings throughout the venue, so everyone is assured the same unique experience. The brunch menu features a taco bar with authentic hand-made tortillas, fresh fruit, made-to-order omelets, and a variety of Mexican entrees and sides including pozole and menudo.
For those who would like to continue an afternoon full of culture and history the Bowers Museum is right across from the villa. The museum's permanent collection features notable pieces of pre-Columbian Mesoamerica and Native American art. One mile away are the Downtown Santa Ana Bars and Shops for those who want to enjoy shopping and premium drinks.

Everything I tasted was really good! On Tic-Toc I did see a little more variety then at the restaurant but what they had was delicious.

This Easter was our first time and I was pretty pleased. My husband and son are pretty picky when it comes to brunch menus but they were very happy with the food selection. My husband enjoyed the pozole and my son enjoyed the omelette bar. They had mariachi which complemented our meal and experience. The service was amazing considering how busy it was. We cannot wait to go back when the weather conditions are warmer.

The restrooms were extremely dirty and for me that is very important in a restaurant. The service is great ! But I wouldn’t go back there .

I took my best friend to brunch to celebrate her birthday and were both very pleased with the entire experience! Excellent service, beautiful ambiance, best mimosas I've ever had, DELICIOUS food, and the mariachis were the perfect touch. I will definitely be back!!

Our first time at the Green Parrot and it was for the Posada! We had a great and memorable experience. Love the authenticity of the posada tradition and the food. The service was outstanding. For a buffet the quality of the food was great the line moved quickly and orderly. Over all it was a great experience and we will be back 10/10 recommend!

Enjoyed Brunch at Green Parrot Villa. Food was great, especially the pozole. Will definitely be back. Staff is exceptionally nice and attentive. Never had to look for waiter for refills.

Good food and service was great. We enjoyed the mariachi’s- we sat in the courtyard. Super charming! The only feedback for improvement was our table size… we had a party of 6 and it was very squishy. We do plan to go back again.

The cuisine lacked the genuine, vibrant Mexican flavors I was hoping for, and the tortillas used for the enchiladas were quite tough to chew. Overall, the dishes left me wanting more in terms of taste. On a positive note, the service from our waiter was excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant was enjoyable. Additionally, the singing trio provided fantastic entertainment and showcased impressive talent.

I have been to Sunday brunch 2x and both times Jaime was our waiter. I want to give him a big shout out to him for always being so joyful. Would definitely recommend it.
