*Groups must meet a minimum of 2 guests, with a maximum of 8. Graylyn has a 20% Service Charge added to the bill that is going towards the hourly wage of our F&B employees. For social events more than 8 guests, please contact our Weddings & Special Events Manager at 336-758-2429.

My husband and I were at Graylyn Estates for our anniversary. Our reservation was for 6pm, but when we arrived, the staff wasn't quite prepared. This was a minor detail because the staff were very friendly and the food was very good. We were even served a Creme Brulee on the house for our anniversary. I would gladly recommend Graylyn Estates for dinner.

Delicious food and great ambiance. The bar downstairs is fantastic. I feel like I am in a castle. Server was affable and attentive.

We were not told or aware of the 20% hotel charge until the bill was presented. This change was in addition to the tip. So basically we added 40% to our bill.

The service was wonderful and the food was even better! We sat in the indoor patio and watched the sun go down while we dined. Atmosphere and service 10/10!

We were looking for an outstanding "Graylyn" experience and at best it was mediocre. We got a drink at The Grill from Laura and she was delightful and the drinks were great. Our server was new at the Dining Room and she was very pleasant, but was a trainee. She was not versed in the art of serving wine and needs to learn that you let the guest taste the wine first and then decant it. Serve the lady first and then the gentleman. The meal took quite a while, but was very tasty. Not trying to be critical, but thought you would like to know for future. I am a Wake grad and want others that come to visit have the best experience.

The food was pretty good Sea bass portion a big small Very good shrimp cocktail & Caesar salad Would have preferred some nice rolls rather that sliced mini French bread that was bit tough Staff seemed bit green Salad came out exactly same time as entree which is no go for me 2 apps, 1 salad 2entrees, 2drinks 2 desserts $220

What a beautiful experience, the food was amazing the service as well. We had a beautiful salon with a beautiful window, looking at the garden, so it was an amazing lunch! Will be back!!🌷

We had a wonderful evening at Grayland. The service was excellent from the minute we pulled up with the friendly concierge gentleman to the waitress and all the staff. The food was the best. We highly recommend Grayland. It is the best!!

The ambiance at Graylyn is top notch. We were served in a lovely historic room, on white linen topped tables. We were greeted by the kitchen manager, who took time to explain the new mock tail menu, and bourbon menu on the drink menu. The food was good. I ordered the soup of the day (potato), and a house salad with salmon. The soup was very tasty, and not an overwhelming portion. The salad was fresh mixed greens, and the salmon was simply done, to be dressed with the salad dressing. My partner ordered the scallops over spinach and kale with fingerling potatoes. She said the dish was excellent. Where the Graylyn suffered was in painfully slow service and clear communication issues between the kitchen and serving staff. We asked for coffee with dessert, and waited almost 15 minutes to find out the kitchen had no coffee. A fine kitchen should have both regular and decaf for dinner service. It’s taken the place of brandy and cigars. Perhaps the establishment is spot on in the busy summer season. It’s a shame the few tables in the room on a chilly February evening did not experience the same quality.
