With its warm, inviting, and modern design, Granite City Food & Brewery’s expansive interior features a spacious and comfortable dining room, four-sided modern, full-service bar, as well as an outdoor patio. The on-site brewery, with award-winning hand-crafted micro-brews, is visible from the main dining and bar areas. The restaurant also showcases an open kitchen featuring chef developed, handcrafted made-from-scratch cuisine, including innovative signature entrees, flatbreads and more.

Granite City Food & Brewery’s signature brews, which are made on-site, include The Duke (Pale Ale), The Bennie (Bock), The Northern (American Style Light Lager) and The Stout. Seasonal brews are featured throughout the year.

We drove an hour away for the prime rib. When we got there at 12:30 they said had run out and wouldn't be bringing more out. We were really sad and disappointed. I'd understand if it was closer to the end of the buffet but to pay full price and not get the best item is being dishonest.

I have been there many times, that is how I rated it. This time we had to leave before we ordered because I got sick. Our guests that we invited enjoyed their dinner. I was so sad we had to leave. We will be back!

The food was good, the variety was good, but it was very busy and pretty slow. I appreciated that I could make a reservation for a large group on open table.

Recommend the fish & chips, my husband & daughter loved it!! Also we’re celebrating my adult daughter’s birthday, they brought her a delicious treat with Happy Birthday written in caramel sauce on serving plate, so special!! Thank you Granite City in Lincoln for making it a very special experience! Our server was awesome too

Our waiter Ben was fabulous! Great service and our table of 13 was in and out in an hour with perfect service.

Nice atmosphere in bar but were out of Northern Lights beer. Food okay. Somewhat overpriced. My Chicken Tuscano was dry, needed more sauce, but mashed potatoes were excellent. Others ordered meatloaf and fish & chips. Great comments on fish. Meatloaf okay but presentation great! Excellent server!

Had 6:30pm reservations and were seated around 6:45pm, not a big deal. Once we were seated it took close to 30 minutes (no exaggeration)before we had a server come to our table and even get us water. Server brought us water, then it was another 10 minutes before we saw him again to place a drink order. We watched the bar person go to 3 tables with our drinks before taking them back to the bar. Finally got our drinks and put in our order. We ordered the package for Valentines Day which included appetizer, soup or salad, entree, and shared desert. Soups arrived before the appetizer, and again were taken to 3 tables before we finally waved the server down to let him know they were ours. Had to ask about our appetizer, and before we were done with soups we had out entrees brought out as well. Food was excellent! Service was not so good. At the end of the evening the server apologized multiple times saying that he had 12 tables in 2 different rooms. Seems a little excessive for a “holiday” but that’s not his fault.

This is the second year in a row that we have gone to Granite city for Valentine’s Day. Last year was incredible, which was why we decided to do it again this year. We totally took it into consideration obviously, it being a busy holiday and the service would probably be a bit slower because of the busyness on Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, I felt horrible for our waiter as I feel he was given way too many tables and understaffed at the restaurant. Our waiter was very polite, and we were very understanding, but our meal came out, and then the appetizer, and then we had to ask for our Dessert to go due to it being delayed for so long. We waited 25 minutes after our meal was done for our waiter to even be able to come back over to our table. I was disappointed this year, but we will definitely be back.

We had reservations for 6:30, and then didn’t get sat until 6:50. The waiter got an order wrong , my wife’s soup bowl was only half full, and the maple pepper bacon flatbread which is my favorite was not good. I don’t think we will return with our family.

The place was busy and they had minimal wait staff trying to keep up. The main entrées arrived luke warm at best. We’ve eaten at Granite City many times and have been pleased but last night was not their best effort.

Great, great, great!! We took our kids four for a later afternoon Christ eve meal. Not too busy which was nice! Kind server. Great, flavorful food that arrived quickly! Nice ambiance at a hightop table in the bar. The staff was all very friendly! We'll be back!!

Service seemed rushed being fairly busy which lowered the service level provided by our waitress (seemed stressed out). The burgers we ordered arrived cooked at the wrong temp and took 10-15 min to receive our second order of drinks, which one drink never showed up but still was added to our bill. Overall, disappointing but willing to give Granite City another try.

It was our first time trying Granite City and I don’t foresee us going in the future. Not our first choice of food. The appetizer was The Spinach/ Artichoke dip. The chips were fine but the dip itself did not have much flavoring. Our entrees was the meatloaf and the Cajun Jambalaya. The flavors were okay, but the Jambalaya was so greasy we had to use napkins to soak some of the grease up.
