OMG the burgers we had were amazing!! We had the Millionaire's Bacon Burger and it was excellent, probably one of the best burgers I have ever had.

I love Granite City but the Mothers Day brunch was a little disappointing. In fairness I didn't try everything but most of the food I had was luke warm to cool. Many of the food containers (of what I was wanting) was low or empty. The sausages were great and the prime rib was good. Same with the cheesy potatoes...very tasty!! Bit there was one person trying to make omelets so there was a line ( about 4 to 5 people) and he was trying to run back and forth between that and cutting prime rib! My opinion was it was too much for one person but he was moving as fast as he could!! In all, I will continue to visit Granite City because the food is normally so good but I'll choose days I can order off the menu. The service was fantastic and very friendly. There was LOTS of people there and we were there towards the end which may account for some things!

Love this place I know now days it’s hard to keep staff and these places but the staff and food here are always amazing. 😋 we had Mother’s Day brunch and the prime rib was to die for thank you GC for serving us on such a special day

We decided to try Granite City for their Mothers Day Brunch. The restaurant was quiet and the service was fantastic. The food was average, perhaps even slightly disappointing. Our bill totaled $170 after tip for 3 people. This was the cost for brunch for three, and three or four mimosas (at least one should be included with the meal for the price they charge) plus tip. Since it’s Mothers Day you can look the other way on the price, and be happy you found a place to take mom. But we still feel for that price the selections should have been better, and the food better prepared. There were a couple pasta dishes, and lots of potatoes. The foods that fill you up and cost pennies for the establishment. The biscuits and gravy wasn’t that good and lacked in taste. We got a piece of prime rib, but it was over cooked and very very dry. They did offer peel and eat shrimp, along with other standard brunch items like eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast and fresh fruit, which was all good. But overall, for $170 we felt somewhat disappointed when we left.

Good service, decent food. We had the burger, chicken pot pie, maple pepper bacon flatbread and the jambalaya. The first 3 were very good; the jambalaya was not. The jambalaya was luke warm, had way too much butter, too many herbs, too salty and not nearly spicy enough. The brunch looked very popular the day we were there, although we didn't try it. Avoid the jambalaya and you should be fine.

Food was good. Had a party of 15 and all seemed to enjoy the experience. Their juicy IPA was very good. The ambiance was a little dated/boring but was still nice. I’d go back. The nacho tray was monstrous!

We got sat fairly quick! The staff was very nice and understanding for our large group and were very accommodating just incase we had extras! I’ve always loved granite city and would recommend to anyone looking for good food and drinks!

Suggest making reservations. Ribeye Steak was absolutely delicious and tender. Waiitress was really engaged, personable, and professional. Would recommend visiting Granite City at least once just to see for yourself.

Our server was wonderful and attentive. The food was good, but we weren’t quite sure what the “made to order” was about.. no signage and no explanation. We all agreed that the music should be turned down.. that was too loud and distracting from our conversations.

The food on the Easter buffet was overly greasy. The mashed potatoes were rock hard and the gravy was thick and overly lumpy. The omelet from the omelet bar was very greasy and overcooked. There was one person trying to do the omelet bar and carving station and he couldn't keep up. We were there at noon so there was no reason the food should have been substandard. We originally had a reservation for 6 but had to change to 5 the day of and we were put at a table that was too small to fit plates for all 5 of us. Also, it was never disclosed that the Mimosas cost $11.99 in addition to the cost of the buffet when we ordered our drinks. The Easter brunch at the Maple Grove location last year was far better than this year's Easter brunch in Eagan this year. We will never come back to this location. The food wasn't very good and I was never able to get prime rib since the only person in the area was making omelets and didn't have time to carve the prime rib. They also didn't have space for the salads or desserts.

Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, but management was obviously not on the ball. Food and drinks were consistently late. The menus were dirty. The table we were at was too high for the height of the booth seat, and the place just looked dingy. Food was ok. Best part of the experience? The cheesecake for dessert was a real cheesecake. The sauces served with it were thin and nothing special, but the cake itself was fabulous!

Valentines diner for the wife and I. Overall we were very pleased. Great menu, beer and service. I was surprised to see it was happy hour still. I'm not sure if you can find a pint of great tasting microbrew for 3 bucks anywhere these days. I forgot my growler, I could have got that filled for 6 bucks. Daily specials, great beer, and very reasonably priced. I wish it was closer to home, but worth a 35 minute drive once and awhile.

We got thereon time were seated within two minutes, greeted by server within moments got our beverages and ordered. App and salad wonderful! Server watched out dining progress so that our main food selections did not come out to early. Everything was so good and nicely sized that we took the desert home.

We went for Valentines day at 5:15pm and the tables didn't feel too crowded and our server was very attentive. The food was really good, and the valentines meal for two was a really good value. We both ordered cocktails and enjoyed them thoroughly.

We go to Granite City a couple times a month and really enjoy the food so we were looking forward to the brunch. Unfortunately, it was quite underwhelming. The majority of the food was under seasoned and just tasted bland. Between the four of us, we tried the fruit, shrimp, eggs, bacon, French toast, cheesy hash browns and sticky rolls. They presented the sticky rolls like they were going to be fantastic but they were hard and only slightly warm so we didn’t bother with those. All in all very disappointing.

Bacon was actually cool this time. It tasted great. The omelet maker is the absolute best!!! Our server was fantastic - attentive, friendly, just awesome! Nice work everyone!

The restaurant was cold! Only selections of beer was their own brewed beer. Some restaurants offer light beers as an option, not this one.

We had the buffet for brunch. The food was alright, not stellar. Service was good. People friendly. Nice atmosphere. We would go back, but would order food off the menu, which has been great in the past.
