Service was horrible and getting asked to leave the table due to time limit since Mother’s Day was a very big turn off and will not be visiting the restaurant again

Three of our 10 people got physically sick following eating the meatloaf, one other who got the chicken/shrimp alfredo left her entire meal at your restaurant. The shimp and chicken were undercooked, pasta was dry and cold. The others had meals that were ok but nothing like it was when we were here for business 3 months ago. We enjoyed your restaurant very much then and looked forward to coming back. However, we will not be returning to your establishment. You are probably asking did we say anything to our server? We did not. We dont do "Do overs" the food was unacceptable and I am sorry you must have been having a bad night. We all do. We had a $400 bill and have removed your establishment from our list of restaurants we recommend when visiting.

We dined at 1pm on Easter Sunday party of four. The food pans were empty and not getting refilled. Went to the prime rib station and they were also out waited 10 minutes and sat down. I saw they brought a small portion of prime rib out which was raw. When the four of us sat down to final eat what we could find we asked for silverware. The server said, they were rolling in the kitchen and it would be a few minutes because they were out. So we sat there for another 10 minutes looking at our food waiting for silverware. Horrible experience for $34.99.

I was specifically asked for f I could order off the menu as was told yes. That was not the case and I had to spend $35 for bacon and eggs; I won't eat prime rib because it's always to rare. The food was fine, I just think it's a bit overpriced.

Took 20 minutes to get my drink. Steak was cooked well done when asked for medium rate. Dessert took 25 minutes. Server was slow.

Excellent service and food. Loved the Valentines day special. Our server, Kimberly Senatra was phenomenal and took care of our every need.

The service was shoddy and dirty plates started to pile up before they were cleared. The food and drink refills took forever and the food was dried out and cold from sitting on the line too long.

our food was prepared well our waiter was very attentive even though they were busy(Valentines Day) nice atmosphere we could hear each other talk. overall experience was good

The Vday special was horrendous. It was not our server's fault, the kitchen's. The Mgr didn't even help the situation.

Early reservation for Valentine's Day. seated at a table for 6 right by the door with lots of empty booths available. Ordered ribeye dinners, medium rare (nicely cooked) but tough as could be... Looked more like New York strip. Ordered specialty drinks that were extremely watered down. The potatoes, salad and asparagus were good. Meal was certainly not valued at the $120 paid. Won't go again.

Went there for brunch, which we had been to several times before. It really wasn't up to par as in the past. No eggs benedict station, no dessert options, scrambled eggs very salty, cinnamon rolls much smaller than I remember. It was simply ... OK.

We were there for Happy Hour, always a good value! Service in the bar was a bit slow and several different people walked by without clearing a mound of plates, but otherwise all was fine. There was no management presence at all.

The food was great but our server was more worried about chatting with the other bartender & wait staff & the very few people at the bar(3 people) then attending to us. When we got there it was a little busy but by the time we got our food, it had calmed down a lot. We had to ask the manager for our bill as we were done eating & had a movie to get to (we made reservations & we gave ourselves an hour & half to eat) & waiting for her to come to our table which was directly across from the bar that she was at.

We had a reservation, and we got seated right away on a busy Friday night. We guessed looking at several open tables while many people were waiting that staff insufficiency was an issue. We had drink orders taken right away, but it took 20 minutes to get our round of drinks. Our food took quite awhile to come also, but was very good. The fish and chips were on the cool side when served, but our other hot meals were hot enough. Pot roast was good comfort food. Is was good that we were with good friends and had a lot of catching up to do, so the waiting was no big problem for us at all.

We went for lunch, but did not realize it was during the brunch time, so the service and the food coming out was a bit slower than normal. The food was good when it did come out.

My husband said the fish & chips was the best he’s had in a long time. I had Chicken Tuscano which was excellent (and so much, I brought home enough for another meal). We were seated immediately and had wonderful, friendly service from Eric. We just moved to this area of the QC and think we’ve found our new go-to restaurant!

Dinner was delicious. My husband ordered the salmon and I ordered the barbecue chicken flat bread. We shared the warm cookie and ice cream for dessert. The waitress was great..

We were very disappointed in our Christmas Eve brunch. The food was sub-par. The hash brown potatoes were under cooked. The biscuits were dry and over done. Many items on the buffet were empty and they were not that busy. We usually enjoy Granite City, but it will be awhile before we go back. Our server was very good, these problems were not her fault.

Cold in restraunt. The door is very close to host stand. Waiter was doing 2 positions due to being short staffed. He did well though. Food was not hot. Waited a long time to get out food. We ate quickly and had to leave due to almost missing our show. We do like the place all.

Food was great, but service could improve in keeping buffet stocked at all times. Especially for price of holiday buffet, customers shouldn't have to wait around for refills. They were busy, but definitely not anywhere near maximum capacity.

Seated us in the bar where it was cold because of the door opening. Asked for another table was told there are lots of reservations and can't get you another table. Did have a reservation and was offered an option for a booth at the bar or a table 2 mins earlier. Food took an hour. Was told there was a huge party. Saw other table very annoyed that they were sitting there for an hour also and did not have food. Haven't been at this location in a few years. Food was ok but was much better on last visit

Arrived a little before reservation and table for 8 was ready. Ordered drinks as soon as seated and waited over 20 minutes to be served. Waited almost 45 minutes after arrival to order our meal. Waited another 30 minutes to receive our food. The food was delicious. 4 of our group ordered the “all you care to eat” fish. When the meals were delivered, additional fish was requested and the additional fish did not arrive at our table for over 30 minutes. The restaurant was not very busy.

Went in for a birthday dinner with a larger party and the service was amazing. Staff was attentive, quick and very friendly. Food was great! Definitely will frequent the Davenport location.

Surprised that substituting regular fries for sweet potato fries was $3.00 when the difference in a la carte price between the two is only $0.50. Waiter was somewhat inattentive too.
