I will be emailing the manager. The service was perfect and ambiance was fine. The food was underwhelming. The broccoli was undercooked and cool. The cornish hen had one cool dry side and the other side pink and hot. Potatoes had far too much cheese and the polenta tasted nothing like polenta. Overall a disappointing and very expensive meal. My family and I have been loyal customers for years. After this experience we will find another restaurant.

I made a reservation weeks I'm advance as I was celebrating mothers day with my mother a week I'm advance as I'll be away the week of mothers day. Upon arriving I gave the name that the reservation was under and the host mentioned he couldn't find it and he didn't have a reservation under that name. I then showed him my confirmed reservation on open table for the date and time and he as till said "well it isn't here" I then said "well...okay what now? Do you have a table available for us to sit?" He said no, bar only, despite me showing him my reservation confirmation. I then said this was unacceptable and he then asked me for the phone number it would be under, he found the reservation with the phone number attached to the name I already gave him. He never once apologized for basically turning my mother and I away prior to using the phone number. Our waitress, however, was very nice and made the experience better. The food was okay.

Terrible service. Food was mediocre at best. Noted it was my birthday on my reservation and the host that seated us even commented. We were seated WAYYYYY on the rear of the restaurant near the service station and waited for 30 minutes to even get our order taken. Another 30 minutes for sangria to arrive at our table. The waiter walked by with a birthday drink for another table and we asked him what it was and he said “oh this is for a birthday girl at a table over there”. NEVER offered that for my birthday. Totally disappointing. Don’t be fooled by the instagram posts. You better be an influencer if you want a good table and any kind of attention for service.

We had a disappointing Easter brunch at Grana, a place I usually love for business breakfasts. This time, the experience was far from their usual standard. The menu was oddly limited, lacking in beef, meat, poultry, and variety in egg dishes, which was a stark contrast to their past offerings. Despite our complaints, the staff claimed the menu had been available online for over a month, a statement contradicted by the manager who said it was only decided on last week. Service was extremely slow; it took over an hour to receive our food, and my meal was forgotten. My girlfriend's dish had undercooked poached eggs, resulting in an unappetizing mix with the sauce. Service was sporadic, and our drinks arrived after a 45-minute wait. Additionally, the Tiramisu overnight oats, which sounded appealing, turned out to be a sugar bomb that drastically spiked my blood sugar. Despite these issues, I paid for our meals, though I regret not asking for more to be comped given the circumstances. Eventually, we left without finishing our meal to dine elsewhere. The change in chef seems to have led to a decline in both menu and service quality.

Great service! Much more limited menu for Easter brunch than anticipated, cocktail I ordered was supposed to have bubbles but came overly sweet and flat. First course salad had no dressing on it. Main courses and sides were excellent. Dessert buffet was definitely inspired and delicious!

Everything about Grana was fantastic! We met for a friends brunch. The service was great, food was delicious and noise level was great for catching up with friends! The carrot/turmeric/ginger juice was delicious and the eggs Benedict perfectly prepared. My friends loved the frittatas as well. Thank you!

We made a 10:45am reservation for brunch. We chose this place because it had a new vibe and it seemed like a nice place. The restaurant required a $50 per person down to hold the table. We arrived promptly at 10:45 and we were told our table wasn’t ready and they had no idea when it would become available. We had 2 toddlers with us and a flight to catch right after brunch. So we paid $300 dollars and waited for 40 minutes for our table. There were no explanations or accommodations or libations offered. Brunch was rushed and the food was meh. Overall huge disappointment

Great spot for a date. This was a birthday, Valentine’s Day and post wedding celebration. We were seated in a more secluded area and the service from JuanCarlos was exceptional. The food and cocktails were also delicious. Highly recommend!

We love Grana at the Langham hotel. We have been there before and the food is fabulous. Highly highly recommend the garlic bread. It’s not some meek, buttered, soggy bread. It has pesto and herbs and it’s super crunchy. Very delicious. Also you have to get the cocktail guava some thing that is topped with cotton candy. It’s amazing. The restaurant is in an old federal reserve bank and it is gorgeous with marble and tile throughout. Perfect romantic spot & very kind servers. We will be back!!

Food was okay (not great - poached egg had solid yellow when cut). Ambience was great. They asked what the occasion was during reservation. I said, "birth day". No peeps about it. So, waste of effort to mention the occasion. But, it was a good experience overall. Waiter was great. Host and manager were great as well.

Went here for my birthday brunch and loved the experience! Elegant and fun setting. Delicious food. Would like to dine again for dinner!

ambiance was nice, food was subpar, portions extremely small for what you pay for.

5 Star prices for a 3 star experience. For how expensive this is, this should be excellent on all fronts. Unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement, coffees were served like they were from a gas station with a messy froth and poor tasting, service was friendly but forgetful, scattered and messy. Food is good but small and nothing special. You are going for the experience of the room more than anything but you don't walk away eager to return. Worth a visit, if only once to sit in the beautiful room.

Gorgeous dining room, comfortable seating, lots of interesting art to admire. The service was prompt, and gracious. The food was average to above average. Most of it was presented attractively and the flavors were good but no one in our party of four was blown away. My egg white “frittata” was the least stellar. A huge serving of egg whites with a bit of cheese, greens and mushrooms on top, almost like a garnish. Additionally there was no garnish on the plate. Just a large egg white with minimal vegetable and cheese. Certainly the least value at 27.00. I was hoping there was more baked inside but nothing. I had more mouthfuls of plain egg white vs bites with vegetable. Still, a lovely place to brunch especially for a special occasion. Lots of photo opts and a very feminine vibe for certain. I would go again and try a different menu.
