    Service was great and accommodating of allergy concerns. Value for the money is low considering when you convert to Canadian $. The sweet potato fries were too salty.

    small portions ordered ribs n dirty fries. ribs came out. 10 minutes later still no dirty fries

    We had higher expectations with it being associated with Gordon Ramsey, but overall this was just an average burger restaurant. Even with the place not being busy, the staff seemed bothered and inpatient with customers, and rushed us through dinner.

    Servers were less than friendly. The kitchen staff seemed irritated with the hostess. The food was overpriced. It tasted good. Not “great” but good. Too much hype and not enough delivery.

    It's hard to choose because everything on the menu looks intriguing, but our server offered recommendations and made our visit fun. Absolutely delicious burgers and GFC Dirty Fries!

    When we arrived nobody greeted us and we waited for a bit while two other groups were behind us. Once we sat down, it took awhile to be greeted and we also didn't receive water, which we asked for as soon as we sat down, eventually we had to ask another server. After we ordered, I saw the main server ignore the chef that food was ready while she was talking to another employee. Also, there was no ribs, which I wanted, and no milk shakes, which my husband wanted for dessert. The table sitting next to us was also having to ask for things they wanted/needed more than once. I expected better service from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, since he is all about service. Very sad and know he would be disappointed.

    The food was amazing but atmosphere was tense. Understandable the restaurant was busy and would drive any kitchen wild but it was like being in a kitchen nightmares episode. Kitchen staff falling out and walking out, while the front of house had to swoop in and save the day (joined the kitchen). Front of house amazing! Lovely and welcoming and no faults, however the kitchen did not reflect this.

    Brilliant restaurant myself & my fiancé love coming here for a treat this time we brought our newborn daughter & she decided to wake for a feed as our food was served they took my food & put it back under the hot plate & even made me fresh fries so this very grateful mama got a hot meal honestly the service, the atmosphere & the food here is second to none only thing that would make it even better is if we bumped into the man himself when we were in the restaurant big Gordon fans if you can’t tell 😃
