The food was excellent! The lobster tail was a bit overdone and risotto underdone. Timing between courses seemed off and the casino atmosphere put a slight damper on the experience. A couple random charges were on the bill and cappuccinos were $10. Overall a good experience but overpriced.

It wasn't the best Beef Wellington I've had but it was good. The portions were smaller than what we're accustomed to, especially the lobster tail. The service was excellent.

Everything was just amazing. From the cocktails to the staff to the food. So very accommodating in every way. Our team looks forward to doing this once a quarter. Gordon Ramsay is our highlight to long days of meetings. Thank- you all for making it another great dinner experience.

The booking process was fine and we were very excited for our dinner plans as we have eaten at a few of Gordon Ramsey restaurants. However, upon entering the hostess was sharp and unwelcoming. I looked at a featured wine list at her podium and she was unpleased that I did so. I would assume if you don’t want people to look at lists and options prior to being seated, they shouldn’t be stacked at the entrance. Once seated the waitstaff was pleasant. Our Waiter Spencer took our drink appetizer order. As we enjoyed our beverages, I noticed a missing ceiling panel with electrical exposed just behind and above our table. That was off putting. Then noticed no other patron was dressed up, I thought most of his restaurants had a dress code. The language being used by patrons at the bar was vulgar and loud. Instead of the staff asking them to be courteous of their surroundings for others, they were often found hanging out with these guests, chatting and encouraging this behavior instead of working. Our appetizer was amazing, but hard to enjoy due to the environment. Our waiter was amazing so I tried to ignore the rest. Next our mains came and they forgot my husbands side to go with his steak, so my Wellington and his steak were getting cold as we waited. Then as my experience was now at a low, at one point there were 5 staff members just hanging out with the customers at the bar instead of working. This was also tolerated by the manager as she was present, noticed our water glasses empty and whispered to one boy to fill them but did not require any of them to discontinue these behavior. We ordered dessert, after it was chosen only for them to tell me the menu was wrong and the option I picked was not available, they forgot to remove it. I chose another but did ask to speak to the manager. When I did she could care less and her idea of fixing the whole dining was removing the price of dessert. We tipped Spencer cash and privately as he was the only positive part of our meal.
