Everything was good and the food was great. Contrary to the opinion of some who wrote that the burgers are normal and like other burgers, it was not like that at all. The burgers were great and I've never had them at any restaurant. The prices were reasonable for the quality and size of the food.

Food was great. A little pricy but given today’s times that’s expected and at least your full when you leave. We will go back for sure. Service was on point too

I love the ambience and servers are really friendly and knowledgeable here. I ordered 24h burger and Hell’s Kitchen burger as a first timer coming here and I love it! Also tried their onion rings as an appetizer and toffee sticky pudding, it was so good! Enjoyed every bite! :)

Food was okay, but no better than White Spot. $186 for 4 people (2 alcohol drinks). $20.75 for 8 wings. Far too expensive to ever go again.

Very average food. Wings were dry and over cooked. My burger was OK definitely had better in other restaurants.

24 hour beef burger on special was delicious. Lobster and shrimp roll was very tasty . The strawberry crème drink highly recommended. Our server was excellent, attentive and very personable (highly recommended his name is Joel P) Give it a try, won’t be disappointed. What an eye opener what Gordon Ramsey have crafted these burgers to have this blend of tasteful and well presented burgers, fries practically everything on the menu.

Food was great, service wasn’t great. Waiter disappeared for most our meal, didn’t reappear until we were done. We had to ask another waiter for more drinks etc…

7 of us went to celebrate Mother’s Day. It was a beautiful day so I reserved a table out in the patio. We had 3 mothers in our party. We all enjoyed the food and the service. Thank you Sandeep for the great service.

Hi, just want to say the service was above par. Very attentive and helpful. The food was good - the burger patty was done perfectly, soft and the burger sauce was great. It was very clean. It's a big open room with tables everywhere so not private, which makes it a bit noisy and because there is not a ton of fabric around, things echo. The open kitchen is a nice feature, and loud. Not recommended for a quiet date night, but is great for a quick, good burger served fast.

West facing windows need some kind of shades, we asked to be moved as the sun shining though was very hot.

Excellent dining experience - ate out on patio. Food quality same as GR Burger @ Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. Sandeep and the whole team did a wonderful job looking after us.

Our food was very good and well presented. We had backyard burger and blue cheese burger and recommend totally. The only thing I missed was HP sauce or a steak sauce for fries..settled for vinegar.. UK flags I thought it would be a no brainer for HP...not ketchup. Didn't love the surroundings as it felt uncomfortable and if your ordered a drink they had to go off and get from bar which was ok, but delayed service.

It was great, drinks were a bit slow to come but the manager apologize as it was due to a new bartender. Was hoping to see a bit more of the Gordon Ramsey style in the decor. We had a wonderful time

Food was horrible - bun was so dry I couldn’t eat it Burger patty was super salty, dry and the meat was chewy So disappointed Felt like I was sitting in a cafeteria- the space is too open and bright - not a good atmosphere Definitely will not be back - save yourself $100 and skip it!

The food is great! We will definitely come back. The beer battered onion rings with cheddar ranch is a must try. The new 24 hr burger is also amazing with the truffle fries!

Slow Byrne Margarita 2oz had no taste or alcohol or not spicy at all. Fries were undercooked and Hell’s Kitchen Burger was supposed to be spicy and it was not !! burger had no flavour what so ever. Had big expectations from Gordon’s food as it was my first time and was so so disappointed. We were with friends and didn’t want to spoil their experience to which later found out that they were not happy with their food either. WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE AT ALL

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. When I ordered I asked for a salt shaker (just in case). It was not needed after tasting. So salt level is moderate but if you are a salt lover than you need to add since your taste buds are dulled. Then the dry burger? Wasn't dry for us, it was tasty but not overly juicy. It was a fat old burger but manageable without it sliding out of the bun. We are going back again right after I save up some money.

My mom and I came yesterday and had such an incredible lunch. The restaurant reflects how the chef cares about quality and hygiene in the different tv shows he produces. We were welcomed and served very properly. The burgers were really delicious. Definitely worth the money !

It was okay. Good fresh burger and fries, server was great, restaurant looked like a high school cafeteria but with Gordon ramsays face everywhere. I expected more, but it was pretty good.

Fantastic food and excellent service. The staff is amiable and professional. Tyler was my server, and he was incredible; he always had time to answer the questions and was very knowledgeable. I recommend this restaurant not only because Gordon has fantastic food but also because of the friendly staff.

Overall the burguers were ok, i have to say the bread used for the burguer was the best thing along with the fries, the meat of the burguer was ok, I did not feel that wow factor.

I had the hotdog. Could not eat it. The taste of the meat was strange my husband felt the same way. It was bar standard food trying to elevate itself by charging higher prices.

The food is absolutely phenomenal, I’ll be back some day for other food, couldn’t possibly have it all in one go I wish I could remember the name of our server, he was really great - friendly, and polite, and very attentive - definitely great at his job!

We had hotdog, lobster roll, and fish sandwich and fries. All fine except fish sandwich it was very greasy and fish was definitely off. Our waiter took it off our bill as we could not eat it
