We decided to try our hand at this place and we thought the food was tasty. I had the truffle burger and it came out on a hot plate. The burger was presented nicely, it was juicy and also hot. It was, however, messy to eat because of the egg. But overall, a delicious meal out.

Amazing menu and taste. We were delightfully impressed withe the creativity of the dishes and presentation of the food. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Service was tremendous!

Food was good, you get value for the burgers, cheaper than Vegas. Our server took our order, bring the drinks and never showed up again until plates and drinks were empty, didn’t bother with check backs. When he finally showed up he offered to refill the coffee then again never came back. We asked the manager for the bill and instead of bring us the bill right away the manager continued on with his other duties for another 5 mins until he bumped into our server and informed him we asked for the bill. Our server then came to us with the bill and asked if we still want the coffee refill… *heavy eye roll at this point*

The BEST sticky toffee pudding in the city! The burger was so perfectly done. Service was great. We will definitely be eating here again.

The family decided to give Gordon Ramsay Burgers a try. Our reservation was for 5:15pm and it was pretty quiet when we arrived & counted 22 staff members working with maybe 10 active tables. Keep in mind, Ramsay is OCD EXTREME is making sure his restaurants are run picture perfect.....at least this is how he portrays himself on the reality TV shows. Waiter was prompt in providing us with menus and asked what we wanted to drink. The four of us just wanted ice water and he placed the coasters on the table and left after taking our orders. Their was an Asian floor manager walking around the restaurant with no urgency whatsoever! He delivered the water to us by placing them on the table with no attempt to placing them onto the coasters. If this is the case...why did the waiter leave coasters behind? The burgers were FABULOUS and DELICIOUS !! Could be one of the best burgers I have eaten. Our waiter was MIA and he never came around to ask if we wanted our water glasses filled. He did come back near the end of our meal to ask how our first bites were.....wait, he should've asked how our LAST bites were. The floor manager did swing by to take some of our empty dishes away.....still walking around with no urgency. We did ask for the bill since we were all done.....yup, no one came back with the bill after about 10 minutes. The bill did come after we waited another 10 minutes before asking again. At this point, I was starting to loose my patience. When the waiter came with the bill, he asked me how the meal was............burgers were the BEST I've had but the service was lacking especially with the number of people working. He did indicate he was swamped hosting the patio. There was a larger party in the patio which arrived about 15 minutes before we finished our meals. At this point, I decided NOT to leave a tip. My expectations are based on Gordon Ramsay's extreme OCD behaviors in how he wants his restaurants run and he's not shy dropping the F bomb

Great food! Liked the Hell’s Kitchen burger and tried couple more but not as good as their signature burger.

Overall not bad,would not go back for a 33$ hamburger but might go back to try the great looking hotdog
