Enjoy this unique and exclusive table experience - facing the live action of Gordon Ramsay Burger's talented kitchen staff during service. Parties of two are seated on the counter top next to the kitchen line and parties of three to four guests can choose between our counter or kitchen-facing booths. Enjoy an interaction with the Chef or Manager of the restaurant when they come to your table during your meal and discuss the menu items and your experience. ***$25 per person is for the COUNTER/TABLE ONLY and does not count towards the cost of food and beverage and it will be charged at the time of booking the reservation. Please note, these seats may have higher noise levels during peak service times due to normal kitchen operations.***

Excellent food. There was 3 of us and had burgers and fries. With tip bill was 121.00. when we left we saw Carl jr's special of $3/burger. Just saying. Was a bit noisy but overall a great meal.

Good service and menu choices. Burger was undercooked, however i did not send it back. Restaurant was loud and hard to hear each other talk.

Great meal, but this place is way over priced. A hamburger w/fries is $27.00 - $28.00 bucks. I substituted the fries for onion rings and it was a $5.00 upcharge. Both my husband and I just had water to drink as this is always our drink preference. Our bill with tax for two people approximately 70 bucks with a 20 percent tip. Glad we tried it, but most likely not to return. Vegas should be fun without spending hundreds on simple food. This place loud and tables were very close.

So I will just cut to the chase. Our waiter was absolutely AWFUL! First when he arrived at the table my partner asked him what the provider of their meat was because she requires halal meat and online the feedback was not definitive. He was very rude and would not answer her other than to say that it was high quality. After he came back I asked him to find out to which he continued to roll his eyes and then said it would take time. We had a simple question and he was very rude on two separate accounts. Other than the bad service the food was okay. It was not the best burger I've ever had but it was tasty and cooked well. Also for atmosphere it wasn't anything to write home about either. It was comfortable but very packed together and in the middle of the casino.

This is our second time here. We came back because the burgers are simply outstanding. This second visit was beyond disappointing, we waited over an hour for our food and then when we were finished couldn’t find the waiter to get our check. The service was beyond terrible. Hopefully they bounce back because the food is definitely amazing!!!

It is a casual dinning experience for lunch burger. Great food, but as others say was it worth $40 for a way burger? Hard to speak for others.

The experience was amazing. I personally don’t eat burgers but my children and parents thought the burgers were phenomenal! I tried one of the hotties and it had a pretty interesting twist, instead of a bun using something similar to Texas toast! Great experience. Thank you.

I was excited to order the Idiot Burger. Unfortunately it came with an inch long bone in the meat and very soggy bread on the bottom. Usually this place is high quality, but not this time unfortunately.

Horrible experience! Had reservations at 7pm and was sat right away. We ordered drinks and entrees immediately. Drinks came in good time but we were told the kitchen is a little backed up. No sign of our server for a long time. A new server came at 8pm after sitting for an hour now to tell us our server walked off and so did a cook. She also said she would check in our food, she came back 30 mins later and said she has no clue when it will be ready. They were losing tickets, other people who sat down 20 mins after us ate and were waiting on their bill to find out they lost it. After an hour and a half we told our server we were leaving to go to another restaurant. Definitely felt bad for our server but with no end in sight we had no other choice! This was a FOH and BOH management issue! The server/kitchen area was a mob scene with servers just grabbing anything and bouncing from table to table hoping it was correct food.

We were seated quietly. Ordered drinks, then food. Food never showed up. After 1.5 hours the waiter came over and said the kitchen was a mess, he did not think we would ever get our food, he would comp our bill, and go find somewhere else to eat. Have never had this happen anywhere before.

Not worth the hype; we waited over an hour for our food once seated. The burgers were very good, but the wait did not seem easily explainable as there were a fair number of empty tables.

Disappointed by the burger, it tasted absolutly average, fries where saggy! And , to sum it up, you expected more from a $50 burger at gordon ramsy!

I ordered the hell fire burger. The roasted peppers were good but very small. Pepper sauce was very bland. I had to ask for mustard. Burger was tasteless but juicy.

Great experience! 😊Server, Chris , is professional, friendly and very efficient! A true asset to the Caesar’s Corporation! Food and drinks delicious! It’s quite evident that Scott, Manager is doing an excellent job! No issues with using Diamond Plus drinks on player’s card as well as reward points!

We started with the onion rings. Kinda strange, the beer battered rings were soggy and very oily. I expected them to have a little crunch. It was the same way with the fries that came with our burgers. We told the waiter, and he just said sorry, kinda like they were supposed to be that way. The design of the restaurant was basic diner. Nothing good or bad. The burgers were pretty darn good.

Easy to access location in the planet Hollywood casino. The staff was great from check in through check. Great ambiance and vibe for a fast/casual bite. Sadly, the food was less than stellar. We started with the wings: The sauce and blue cheese were good but not a standout and the chicken was cooked but would have benefited from a few more minutes in the fryer. The main course was the fish and chips sandwich. Presentation was great but I couldn’t get past more than a couple bites of the butter soaked bun and oil soaked fish. I’m not one to leave food on my plate but 3 bites of the sandwich and I called it quits. If you are in the mood for standard bar food and want to say you ate at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant than it’s a great spot but it was not for me or the rest of the party.
