We’ve been looking into trying this place for a while. Waitstaff was 11/10: attentive, friendly, helpful. Food left much to be desired. Carpaccio was covered with Dijon, chicken saltimbocca consisted of three thin, plain chicken breasts with prosciutto and slices of cheese melted on it in a watery sauce. My husband liked his sausage pasta dish though the artichokes were definitely out of a can and he pushed those to the side. Overall, felt very different from the high quality Italian food that is fairly common throughout San Diego. Honestly confused about the high ratings here on Opentable.

Great ambience. Staff professionally dressed and great service. Solid Italian food with exception specials. Good Chianti choices on the wine list. Step back in time and visit the Godfather. We’ve not been disappointed.

The food is delicious and the ambience is great. A little slow on getting the check but that’s ok it gave us more time to enjoy each other’s company on Mother’s Day.

This place has delicious food and big portions. I’ve never left this place hungry just sleepy lol. The service is very attentive to your needs and food is reasonably priced. The only thing I don’t like is the parking can be tight. Although there is valet service. They have incredible artichokes!

When for Mother's Day. Took the Mom's and family had a big group of 12, fantastic service, fantastic food, highly recommended.

It was an authentic place with lovely music and delicious food that looked like art! The atmosphere was great, so cozy and beautiful. The staff was great!
