Our table was ready as reserved, one of the most important attributes of this restaurant. The service provided by our server, Mateo was excellent in every way. No improvements needed at all. Our only request is that the pricing the servers indicate is what ends up on the bill. I ordered the 16 ounce ribeye which, according to our server was $47 and on the bill ended at 49. Similarly the bread pudding dessert served as ice cream was $12 from the server and ended up being $20 on the bill, because the ice cream is priced à la cart. Normally, I would have made a fuss, but since it was Father’s Day, I just let it go

We had an exceptional Father’s Day. We sat outside. The weather was perfect. The food and service were wonderful. We are never disappointed at this restaurant.

Absolutely love Glenwood's. Off day for the establishment. 1. Restaurant was empty. Hostess seated us in a bar booth. Not a problem. 2. Bar was busy - not the dining area. 3. Niles was our server. His primary job was to handle the bar. He was swamped. 4. He constantly provided poor service. 5. Did not proactively provide the specials. 6. Did not bring the extra napkin I requested until I got up out of my seat to go and find one. 7. Food came out luke warm. I should have sent it back. 8. Did not clean off table when we were finished in a timely manner. 9. Did not periodically check on us. 10. He did have a pleasant and calm demeanor. But it was not enough to overcome the poor service. 11. I'm not sure why the hostess placed us in his area due to his primary focus being the bar. He had to play the role of bar tender and server for the bar - bus boy - and service our table. 12. This was not my normal excellent experience at Glenwood's. 13. In the end - I still tipped him 25%+ for the poor service. 14. We'll chalk this one up to just a bad day for Glenwood's. We'll be back soon.

Since the change, the food is no where near as good. It’s unfortunate because I really like the food when it was Stanford Grill.
